I am a previous assistant manager of this particular subway and I was disappointed by how I was treated at my most recent visit. The lady who I dealt with was sarcastic and rude and she rolled her eyes and shook her head when I came up to ask for a little more sauce. She said I wasn't allowed anymore. The store was also quite messy with crumbs and trash on the floors which didn't look as if they had been mopped in days. Very disappointed and I hope to see better staff and better customer service in the future the manager was nice enough though just her help was the problem.

A very mixed bag here. At the time of this review, the store has a pretty even mix of 1 star and 5 star reviews, rather than a lot of 3s as you might expect from a 3.1 rating. I have gone there a few times. Half the time, the staff there is friendly and attentive. They get your food ready fast, give reasonable portions of meat and veggies, and are 100% focused on making you have a great experience. Then there's the other half of the time where you wait to be greeted for five minutes by the staff members gossiping at the counter, the soda fountain is disgusting, the only time staff talks to you is to bark questions at you before going back to gossiping, and you have to wonder if your food is safe to eat despite it being made right in front of your eyes due to some lax health protocol. It's better to avoid it altogether unless you're the gambling type.

This place is dirty. I got one of the seats for my 7 month old and the seat turned the underside of his arm red, sticky, and dirty. The floor was disgusting, and they sucked at making our sandwiches. Never again will I go here.

This subway is nasty. Flies and gnats everywhere. And the staff is a joke. Stupid kids, poor new girl had no clue what to do. And the girl working with offered no help. So sad. Everytime I have come into this Subway there is always a problem.

Alright so I eat at this subway all the time this is my usual go to lunch place when I'm working. The staff has been really good for a while now and the new manager is nice. The only problem I have is that it's not always the cleanest and there can be a couple Flys that will bug you but not bad overall.
