We ordered $59 worth of food for them to put our Mexican Pizza and Nacho Bell Grande in the bottom of the bags with other food packed on top of them. Our food was stuck to the top of the containers they put it in. We will NOT be returning to this location! I did take pictures but I can't seem to find a place to post them on here?!?
They force you to order through the screen, which for some will be an issue. I witnessed someone order and wait at least 5 minutes to pay because they wanted to use cash. I ordered from the phone app before I left work on break, 5 minute drive at least then waited 10 more minutes to get my food. The food was fine, and the order accurate but no one at the counter to ask if they even got your order or how long it will be. Not fast food for sure. The other locations in muncie do NOT have this issue.

Always screwed up my order. So today was no different! Was shorted a burrito and a taco supreme. The young man who took the order was friendly patient and rang up everything I ordered and the young woman who took payment from me was kind,rechecked my order and I think it was a simple mistake on my food shortage ??

This particular Taco Bell has the worst customer service of any quick service restaurants I have visited. Orders are handed out through Drive thru windows to every customer who ordered after you, and when you speak up, your made to feel like your in the wrong. Avoid this Taco Bell at ALL costs!
Put meat on everything when I swapped it for potatoes and I couldn’t eat it because I am vegetarian for lent :(Positive gave me too many cinnabons by accident

Cleanest Taco Bell I've been in. Staff were friendly and food was exactly as ordered.
Bandaid in my burrito's wrapper- I'm not mad. The employees are always so nice, so I called to gently inform the restaurant, and that's where things made me ick.The person on the phone claimed there was no order placed around 11 am today under the name Max Tisdale. Not possible.She also said she was the only one prepping food this morning. Yeah, Max saw 3 people in there.I also don't buy bandaids that look like that. Mine have cartoons on them.I don't want any free meal or anything. I'm pregnant, and also fed my toddler some of the food we ordered. I just want our food made with hygiene and to be treated with respect when I call. I don't want anyone in trouble. I'll be returning the bandaid later this afternoon.
Hours posted are not follow. Restaurant will close while in line and prior to any posted hours. Food quality is what you'd expect from a taco bell, but lack of customer service makes it an unwelcoming location.
