I ate in the lobby and the food was great, the people were great, however, the lobby was so cold 🥶 brrrr yuck! The pricing is getting ridiculous. Almost $10 just for me, and it was just a simple box with no add ons, but I did upsize my drink.

The food is good. The problem is that the dining room is often closed without any signs up. So my family gets out and goes up to the door and now has to find somewhere else to eat. All they need is a sign up.

I walked in to order over 50 dollars in food and was told to use electronic machine which it would've been much easier to take my order but her response was I'm slammed back here by myself and was very rude about only reason I came to this location is because I live close but I will never be back
First time getting breakfast from taco bell. Waste of 7 dollars!!! Ordered a breakfast burrito and hash brown . Both were cold as could be. Definitely assures me to never go to taco bell for breakfast again!!

Food is usually great, sometimes a giant bite of tomatoes or something appears but it’s fast tacos, so no biggie.
Never had a bad experience with the employees, if anything they’re doing the best I’ve seen consistently at a fast food restaurant in Muncie.
My issue is the cleanliness of the dining area, went 2 days in a row because taco bell has my heart but there was the same dirt pile i saw yesterday still on the ground? Who knows what else isn’t being followed through all the way? Not saying they don’t do checks because i witnessed one but i think more effort would put this location at the top.

Horrible I ordered a Cantina beef crunchy taco instead of chicken thru the drive thru never was I told they couldn't make it that way but they still charged me and gave me chicken. Conveniently the store wasn't open for dine in only the drive thru was open. I went back to the drive thru to just get the mistake corrected and was told by the drive thru worker " I've never had anyone order it that way" well I order it that way from the kiosk in the store all the time. I decided to call the store to speak with a manager and find out why my tacos couldn't be made that way and was accused of being rude just for asking. I am furious, I don't care if I spent .50 or 100.00 right is right wrong is wrong. The attitude I received from the manager there was no way in hell I would've went back to that store and had them remake my food, im not eating spit and thats how professional this woman was. HORRIBLE WILL NEVER EAT THERE EVER AGAIN!
