The food was hot and VERY filling. Everything was prepared perfectly, and they made my meal perfectly. The customer service was great that was so nice. I do appreciate how they handled my meal it wasn't messy, it was hot and definitely ready to go, and I really like that it wasn't all bread.

I stopped by this Taco Bell on my way home from having a pre--surgery pedicure to grab a quick meal. I ordered a bean burrito (with sour cream in place of red sauce) and a Doitos taco. Both items were piping hot and very tasteful. Please note, I didn't give the atmosphere category any stars because I consumed my meal in my vehicle.

Went to taco bell and got 2 chicken quesidillas! Both came out burnt!! And this isn't the 1 time this has happened to me!! It's 1 of the worst taco bells in muncie!! I don't understand how the workers could see that they were burnt and try to sell those!!

As the Taco Bell capitol of the world, this is the best Taco Bell in Muncie. Affectionately known as “taco bank” by the locals (due to it occupying an old bank) it has a very special place in hearts of the local overweight Midwesterners. Don’t believe the haters, heretics, nerf herders and other assorted scum who post one star reviews. VIVE LA TACO BANK!

There were kiosk to order. I do not use them. I go to a restaurant to be served or better put for the customer service. I asked to be waited on , so one girl did come out and told me they only use the kiosk. I said well then I will go someplace else to spend my money and eat. She did come out and place the kiosk order for me. My grandson's cheese only Quesodillas were burnt and had tomatoes on them. we got some mild and hot sauces. My grandson uses a lot of sauce especially when they are burnt... A very large guy working in there came out and removed the hot and mild only sauce containers. when I asked for more a nice girl said sure and gave me a bunch but then she asked where they were and the large guy then said I put them behind the counter because I didn't think they needed that many. She did put them back out for guests to get. we were the only guests in the store .

There isn't a star low enough . The taco burrito or what I had was absolutely disgusting. 4 very small pieces of meat no cheese or anything . My chips and cheese I ordered the chips were salty and broken into a million pieces. That took 20 min for 2 people we had 3 things total. Other people got their food before us and they refused to acknowledge us will never go back it sucked 20 bucks

This was some of the worst food I have ever got at Taco Bell. I will not go to this store again. It has been bad before but this was the worst. Hardly any meat and fillings. They were not even warm. The Cantina chicken crispy tacos were not even toasted. They basically had shredded cheese just thrown on them with hardly any meat in them and the "chicken" did not look or taste like chicken. The chez it wrap did not have any chez it in it. The corporate office should be looking into these stores and getting them back on track for the quality that Taco Bell used to have. One good thing was the Pepsi was the highlight of the meal. The fries tasted OK but were soggy.

As an experienced manager in the customer service field, believe me whenever I say the night manager at this restaurant is the reason why people refuse to eat fast food nowadays. I don't know the name of the medium-sized build of the blonde female manager on nights at this location, but after tonight I definitely won't forget her. After the other Taco Bell locations around town insist they "only accept cash" (literally go to Taco Bell after midnight around here and they will claim this), this location prioritizes fast drive-thru times over everything else. The guy at the window was extremely nice but I couldn't even talk to him properly because the bleach blonde bad built butch body manager behind him was screaming at him so hard it looked like he feared for his life. It was obvious this shift on 6-22-24 at 1:30am is ran by a maniac because whenever they took my order at the speaker the person talking to me seemed to be screaming out of fear with how they were taking my order. As I was trying to simply just give him my card for payment, all you could hear behind him was, "TWO MINUTES!!!!" A witch of a person behind him who was obviously a manager was completely shifting blame onto him because of her lack of knowledge on how to run a basic shift. The food was hastily made and the tortillas were torn to hell. When I was leaving the blonde female manager was aggressively waving at our car to get us out of the drive-thru. I want to stress that the guy at the window was extremely nice but the lady screaming behind him made me completely lose my appetite.
