No service. Had to ask about our order 20 minutes after it said would be ready. Asked for manager. No apologies just we've got 5 pages of orders, but others were coming and going with food. Yes, we ordered ahead. Good thing we did, no one taking orders at the front. Food was skimpy and lackluster. Won't be back.

Food was decent service was trash! From the pushy AI to the rude cashier (Jasmin K) from what our receipt says. I’m not sure which was worse her facial expressions or her rude attitude. We were simply checking our bag to make sure our food was correct and that we received the sauces we asked for. She asked us to move in the most unkindly manner and let’s not talk about that face of hers !! 🤮

They were so nice.
The food was hot and VERY filling. Everything was prepared perfectly, and they made my meal perfectly. The customer service was great that was so nice. I do appreciate how they handled my meal it wasn't messy, it was hot and definitely ready to go, and I really like that it wasn't all bread.

I stopped by this Taco Bell on my way home from having a pre--surgery pedicure to grab a quick meal. I ordered a bean burrito (with sour cream in place of red sauce) and a Doitos taco. Both items were piping hot and very tasteful. Please note, I didn't give the atmosphere category any stars because I consumed my meal in my vehicle.

Went to taco bell and got 2 chicken quesidillas! Both came out burnt!! And this isn't the 1 time this has happened to me!! It's 1 of the worst taco bells in muncie!! I don't understand how the workers could see that they were burnt and try to sell those!!

As the Taco Bell capitol of the world, this is the best Taco Bell in Muncie. Affectionately known as “taco bank” by the locals (due to it occupying an old bank) it has a very special place in hearts of the local overweight Midwesterners. Don’t believe the haters, heretics, nerf herders and other assorted scum who post one star reviews. VIVE LA TACO BANK!

There were kiosk to order. I do not use them. I go to a restaurant to be served or better put for the customer service. I asked to be waited on , so one girl did come out and told me they only use the kiosk. I said well then I will go someplace else to spend my money and eat. She did come out and place the kiosk order for me. My grandson's cheese only Quesodillas were burnt and had tomatoes on them. we got some mild and hot sauces. My grandson uses a lot of sauce especially when they are burnt... A very large guy working in there came out and removed the hot and mild only sauce containers. when I asked for more a nice girl said sure and gave me a bunch but then she asked where they were and the large guy then said I put them behind the counter because I didn't think they needed that many. She did put them back out for guests to get. we were the only guests in the store .

There isn't a star low enough . The taco burrito or what I had was absolutely disgusting. 4 very small pieces of meat no cheese or anything . My chips and cheese I ordered the chips were salty and broken into a million pieces. That took 20 min for 2 people we had 3 things total. Other people got their food before us and they refused to acknowledge us will never go back it sucked 20 bucks

This was some of the worst food I have ever got at Taco Bell. I will not go to this store again. It has been bad before but this was the worst. Hardly any meat and fillings. They were not even warm. The Cantina chicken crispy tacos were not even toasted. They basically had shredded cheese just thrown on them with hardly any meat in them and the "chicken" did not look or taste like chicken. The chez it wrap did not have any chez it in it. The corporate office should be looking into these stores and getting them back on track for the quality that Taco Bell used to have. One good thing was the Pepsi was the highlight of the meal. The fries tasted OK but were soggy.
