No service. Had to ask about our order 20 minutes after it said would be ready. Asked for manager. No apologies just we've got 5 pages of orders, but others were coming and going with food. Yes, we ordered ahead. Good thing we did, no one taking orders at the front. Food was skimpy and lackluster. Won't be back.

Food was decent service was trash! From the pushy AI to the rude cashier (Jasmin K) from what our receipt says. I’m not sure which was worse her facial expressions or her rude attitude. We were simply checking our bag to make sure our food was correct and that we received the sauces we asked for. She asked us to move in the most unkindly manner and let’s not talk about that face of hers !! 🤮

They were so nice.
The food was hot and VERY filling. Everything was prepared perfectly, and they made my meal perfectly. The customer service was great that was so nice. I do appreciate how they handled my meal it wasn't messy, it was hot and definitely ready to go, and I really like that it wasn't all bread.
Poor quality in human interaction, food quality is absolutely disgusting not to mention missing part of order. Never had fast food employees act so rude an self entitled. Definitely be taking my hard earned money elsewhere

I stopped by this Taco Bell on my way home from having a pre--surgery pedicure to grab a quick meal. I ordered a bean burrito (with sour cream in place of red sauce) and a Doitos taco. Both items were piping hot and very tasteful. Please note, I didn't give the atmosphere category any stars because I consumed my meal in my vehicle.

Went to taco bell and got 2 chicken quesidillas! Both came out burnt!! And this isn't the 1 time this has happened to me!! It's 1 of the worst taco bells in muncie!! I don't understand how the workers could see that they were burnt and try to sell those!!

Affectionately known as “taco bank” by the locals (due to it occupying an old bank) it has a very special place in hearts of the local overweight Midwesterners. Don’t believe the haters, heretics, nerf herders and other assorted scum who post one star reviews. VIVE LA TACO BANK!
