For a Taco Bell I have to get a credit. As much as I hate the current store design with self-service kiosks the staff are very friendly. The kiosks are slow as you have to press your selection multiple times to place your order. The service is incredibly fast. Plenty of parking with easy access. The food is what it is. No one goes to Taco Bell because they think the food is some sort of delicacy. It is quick sustenance that is somewhat overpriced for what it is.

Most of the times I have been here have been really good. The speaker will deafen you with the AI voice, but not really an issue. The gentleman that was at the window was fantastic. He was professional and even gave me a coupon for a free taco when he explained that the freeze I ordered was defrosting. I didn't even have to ask or say anything, he just did it out of courtesy. When I pulled in, there were two employees, a bigger guy and a girl smoking something that smelled like marijuana. She was wearing a sports bra and jacket, but not shirt. It seemed a bit inappropriate for work. The food is always good. They have a sign that says only 1 sauce per item which seems like a silly way to cut costs. I like my tacos with at least 2-3 sauces, since they don't go very far. The guy inside at the counter with glasses was great, which is why I'm giving this 3 stars.

I will no longer patronize this establishment. On each visit, I have encountered issues with my food order. Half of the items on my tacos are missing, and my food is consistently cold. Furthermore, the taste of my food is never as satisfactory as it is at Taco Bell in Muncie. I would prefer to dine at Burger King or McDonald’s, which are conveniently located across the street. I find the automated ordering system with the AI technology to be particularly frustrating. I will not be returning to this establishment in the future.

Wouldn't feed this shit to a dog.
Tortillas are always stale. The toppings always taste out dated. I will never spend another penny at this restaurant. -5 ⭐️

This is absolutely the best Taco Bell in this area of Muncie/Yorktown. They always have amazing, fresh food & customer great service. The shift leader named Seth corrected my order for me and it was the BEST burrito I've ever had from a Taco Bell. Thank you, Seth! And thank you for all the the hardworking employees (:

Of all the Taco Bells I have visited this has been the best. The new chicken tenders are very good. The service was great. The only issue I had was when I ordered, it asked me if I wanted to grab and go or go through the drive-thru. I wanted to do neither, I wanted to eat in and that wasn't an option. But that wasn't a reflection on the local store.

Hidden Shipper Of Secrets

The worker, Britney, decided it was alright to MAJORLY mess up our order, not only did we already have to correct it once but she LIED about having put something on the top inside the bag. Got home, dumped the bag out and guess what...it wasn't even on the 2nd receipt let alone inside the bag. Yall need to work on your this or hire better employees
