Expressed frustration in a product bought that was not functional/useable and received a long-worded response from the owner basically calling me an idiot. While I knowingly over-spent for said product, I do love to support local. This is not a venue I will continue to support solely based on that interaction. Do better.

I sincerely miss and love this place. I still order their beans even though I do not reside in Muncie anymore. The Caffeinery elevated and set high expectations for how a coffee shop should operate and how coffee should taste. The best coffee shop in Indiana in my opinion for what it’s worth.

Adorable local coffee shop with good lattes and ok drip coffee. Lots of tables and seating options, great light and lots of plants make for a fresh but cozy atmosphere.

Exceptional coffee. Had a chai, mocha, and London fog latte and all were excellent. Drinks range around $7 for a medium. They’ve got some rotating specialty drinks too. Inside is modern and yet cozy, and they have some baked goods as well. Staff was nice and the entire place was spotless.

The Caffeinery was a good experience! I got a beehive latte and a bagel with cream cheese. My friend got an iced butterfinger latte. The coffee was very good & would stop by again when in town. The bagel was pretty average, and the service was fast.
