I've only ever been treated with kindness from the amazing servers here! To name a few, Gabby, and Christine are absolutely the kindest people I've gotten to meet and the cooks are earnest and skilled in their craft. Clayre has made me one of the best Monte Cristos I've ever eaten in my life and Cora, one of the other cooks, literally KILLED my taste buds and took them to heaven with a fantastic Frankie's Omelette. I 100% recommend this Café morning, noon, and night!

I love it there!!! Great food when you dine in. The workers are very kind. I give it a five stars.

Terrible service. There was only 1 other table in the cafe being waited on, and it took our server 15-20 minutes to bring us water and coffee. The server then had to wake the cook from a nap (9am) so he could start our order. It took 30-40 minutes from the time we sat down till we got our sub par food. The grill was not well cleaned before cooking because the french toast tasted like onions.

Service was awful, did not receive half of the things we ordered, will not be coming back any time soon.

I was really excited to try this place. Their menu included so many vegetarian options, which can be difficult to find around here. The food was delicious, as well as the kombucha. However, it should be clearly stated that there is no disability access whatsoever. I was greeted at the front door and apologetically told that there was no way for me to get inside. We sat outside so we could still try the food, but that obviously won't always be an option. If the establishment isn't financially able to make the building ADA compliant, then I think it's only fair to clearly state on the website, Facebook, etc. that there is no disability access, so that others like myself aren't blindsided on arrival.

Very underwhelming food and overpriced. We waited an hour for our food at a time where it definitely wasn't busy. The staff were just not with it, they weren't rude, they just didn't pay attention to anyone they were waiting on well. I ordered a flatbread for around 7 or 8 bucks, then did the *add Turkey Bacon* for $2. When the food finally came out, I received a tiny flatbread the size of a tea cup plate. Along with that it had like one strip of bacon crumbled on it. $2 for this pinch of bacon. Gas station pizzas are larger than this thing and taste better too. It had zero flavor. We had ordered 2 different kinds, both of which were equally bland. There was also a smoothie ordered, which was tasteless as well. Overall, this place seems distracted by the novelty of things rather than providing good food and service.

Food and service was great. The soap and paper towel dispensers didn't work in the restroom. The larger stalls toilet seat is broken. The menus were very delightful! I love the use of old children's books. I will be back.

Very poor service. We came in at 12 to have lunch. We had a party of 7, but were willing to split. They sat us together after 15 minutes. 2 in our party left so they could get something cheaper (overpriced for what it is). Then they got us 4 cups (5 people) and a pitcher of water that filled each cup with one ounce of water. Our order wasn't taken when we left at 12:50.

Our food took well over 40 minutes even though they weren't at all busy, NEITHER of our meals were correct and they upcharge for sides even though it's stated on the menu that there is a flat 3$ charge for a combo meal. The appetizer came AFTER our food, my coffee took almost as long as my meal because they made it “fresh” however it tasted like it was made yesterday morning. The food was also less than mediocre. Don't waste 40$ on things you didn't order and their hidden surcharges. VERY disappointed. We were also offered no discount whatsoever, only a vague explanation of why my food was more expensive than the menu stated.

I wish I'd read Dustin's review earlier. Went by myself at about 12:30. There were maybe 2 other tables. I was immediately seated and then I was checked on about 15 minutes later. I went ahead and put in my food order since I had a menu. After a timed 35 minutes of waiting I requested my check for the diet Pepsi I'd had. The waitress was very apologetic and told me my food would be discounted but I couldn't stick around so I told her to forget it. They did go ahead and give me a chicken wrap (I ordered steak lol) so that was nice. Won't be back. I live/work in Carmel and I can tell you what happens to small places with bad service.
