I'm pleasantly surprised by this Wendy's. I've been here several times now and the employees have always been very nice to me. I'm so used to fast food workers being short that it took me by surprise. I really do enjoy coming here and really appreciate the staff. 10/10 Wendy's 🩷

Nothing but good thing happing here. It started bad but the young lady still gave me my first day fall chili. Then I found out their scan gun was not working right so I didn't get my points like i should have. Then I noticed they were having a managers meeting and had to say a few things, after the young man that was leading the meeting gave me free meal ticket for not getting my points. I spoke of 3 different people at this meeting 1 of which I hope she get another raise or something she is a very good worker and knows how to speak to people and handle situations regardless of the situation. She works at the Wendy's on McGalliard and hopefully she becomes a manager or district manager or something because she deserves something good. Oh and there was a 4th person that helped with the points later on and I want to thank you! As of your jobs....keep it up because it seems to me you may be training them right. I could be wrong, but I feel your doing a good job! That makes experiences less stressful and nowadays that seems to be what people need less stress!

Wendy’s is a solid spot for a quick, tasty meal. The food is always fresh, especially their burgers and iconic fries. The staff is friendly and efficient, and even during busier times, the service is quick. I also appreciate that the restaurant is kept clean and well stocked. Whether it’s grabbing a Frosty on a hot day or trying out one of their seasonal menu items, this Wendy’s consistently delivers. It’s a great option when you’re craving fast food that doesn’t compromise on quality.

So I place an order thru drive thru but as I pull up to the 1st windows to pay it's not the gal that took my order. The cashier is super nice , however the gal that took my order is rude and condensing.. Like I get it it's a bigger order 2 meals and 2 orders of chicken... But cmon seriously there is 100 💯 no reason to be hateful or rude... Like I didn't mind waiting the extra 5 minutes in drive thru but when it's an extra 12 minutes just sitting at the exterior door down from the drive thru and I have seen your service window handle 4 orders past mine that's a bit irritating .... I am still waiting... Finally got my order 15 minutes after and on top of that fries were double dipped and my sandwich was terrible I couldn't even bite into it the chicken was super tough like it had been reheated numerous times... This ruined my experience at this Wendy's and I recommend staying far away from it

Me and my husband took our kids their to try the new kursty krab meal. We thought it would be a great experience. Come to find out the sandwich hardly came with anything. Just cheese lettus and tomato. They hardly put any of the sauce on the sandwichs and also got our order wrong. We asked for one with no cheese and they made sure that all of them had no cheese. I also asked for no tomatoes because I have a child that is a picky eater and all of them came with tomato. The girl at the front counter was extremely rude and acted like she didn't want to be there. She would cut me off in mid sentence. Our night was not ruined but it definitely could have gone better.
