I go here often. One time the service was exceptionally slow. Anamalously slow. I filled out a complaint form. The general manager personally called me and made it right. I'm not saying this to tell people to complain in an attempt to get something out of it. That's wrong.
I'm mentioning this story in order to say things are USUALLY good here but when they're not management tries to be responsive to make things better.
I just had a horrible customer service experience at an unrelated field and company. They published my personal info (phone number and address) online under the review to intimidate me. Sadly it worked and I deleted the review. Then this other business (again NOT Wendy's) found my place of business and left a retaliatory negative review despite never having been there.
There are many shady business practices out there. This recent reminder of that reminded me of months ago where the manager of Muncie's Wendy's did the opposite of that and did things RIGHT in responding to customers.
Therefore, I thought I would leave a positive review for Wendy's who responded to a complaint with urgency and care. Thank you.

Everytime we go there, they always tell us they are out of sauces, salt packs, napkins, cups, different sodas, etc. This last time we went, the cashier was on her phone the whole time. The customer behind me was also complaining about her not paying attention while taking orders. We had ordered a large frosty and she gave us a small. We reminded her we ordered a large and she claimed they were out of large cup sizes but wouldn't refund us the money for the size. We also ordered a kids meal and had items missing from it and there was no toy. We called management when we got home and the manager was unbelievably rude and incompetent. I told the manager about her employees being on the phone and she asked "what we want her to do about it"... I moved on from that topic and told her about the small frosty and missing items in the kids meal. Again, her response was "so what? What do you want me to do about it?" I've worked fast food and have lots of patience and understanding for the workers in the industry. But this was outrageous.

Went through the drive through and they forgot half my meal. So after going inside to receive my meal I stood there for over 20min waiting on a sandwich that the front counter had asked for 5 times (and it came out pink). THE SANDWICH I WAITED 20 min for was wrong too. It was made bun, patty, patty, bun nothing else, and What I thought was a correct sandwich was completely not what I ordered AND the rest of my meal was cold upon returning home. I will not be returning to this store.

Went thru drive thru as dining room had just closed. Ordered two separate orders to max the offers. Ordered saucey nuggs and had a loyalty special offer of 6 regular nuggets free. Chili cheese fries but wait what did I just hear.....were out of French fries yes that's correct they had run out of French fries.. humm..Wendy's and no French fries I must have been abducted by aliens from another planet right .so get to window and codes neither one had worked. And of course there motto is don't ask and we won't tell you it didn't work so got what we thought was right only no w we find out instead of applying the discount we were charged for three orders as the first one was never removed. Saucey nuggs should have been called sprinkle nuggs as there wasn't enough saucey to cover one nugg let alone six. So not a great experience this time but usually the quality and price Trumps all there competition now with dollar drinks.(yes ment that in a presidential kinda way) except for the price of there frostys which biden them sucks now. Over all this Wendy's is usually very fast and very good today wasn't one of them. But still we will go back I'm sure and please no Harasin me in the comments.
