i ordered 8 sandwhiches from here,and they told me to pull up while we wait, which is fine, but when the girl with brown hair came out she basically through the sandwhiches at us, whoever the management is at jackson st. wendys needs to either fire her or send her home, being rude to a customer that payed $30 for an order is not a good look for this wendys!

The doors were unlocked this morning. I prefer to use the lobby. Window don't work. Anyways. I was immediately berated upon walking in the door in the rudest manner possible, no excuse me sir or nothing, that I needed to use the drive thru because the lobby don't open till 8.

i went threw the drive thru the girl doing orders with purple hair was rude, i work in restaurant also and you can have bad days and get annoyed serving the public but if you are unable to do the job with customer service requirements then find other ways to work that don't interact with customers.. i ordered spicy chicken meal and it was not worth the cost ,the chicken is not cooked fully and the lettuce was the stem and bad spots, the tomato still had the top green and was white.. normally id make do with what i could eat but pink chicken isn't worth the risk even being hungry! my name is Lesli Grove and i do apology for complaining and normally don't but i as hungry and spent the only money i had until payday on this meal. can i get a refund tomm for this ? i can bring it back if i need to
