The wings were really good and the food came out hot and fresh. Our server Ariana was super sweet, very attentive, and fast with everything we needed. She made the whole experience enjoyable. Definitely a place I’d come back to!

We had an amazing experience! The food was great, but what truly made our visit stand out was our waitress. I think her name is Willow. She was so personable and genuinely seemed to care about her job and the customers. Her kindness and personality absolutely radiated, and it made the whole atmosphere better. Because of her, we will definitely be back, and I really hope we get her as our waitress again!!

Food was ok, definitely not the best. Service sucked we got our appetizer with our meal literally it was 8 minutes before our chicken was delivered. Whatever you do don't get their jalapeño poppers there is no pepper just shredded peppers and very little cheese. More like popped air with bread crumbs very gross.. You could taste thr oil. Definitely not worth no $$$ almost 80 bucks for 3 appetizers and 3 (10) pieces of chicken with 3 drinks. We didnt even get refills the place had super slow service 😒.. Brought our kid here for her birthday and it was a huge let down.. Never again. My advice go anywhere but here.

The service ruined the whole experience. The wings are the best I can't lie there. We have tried this restaurant twice now and both times we had to chase down the waitress to get a refill, the check, or some more wings. They constantly hide in the back and don't check on their tables. If they aren't in the back they hide in the front behind the desk where we can't see them unless we get up and look. Please retrain your team bc this is unacceptable and it's been 2 different servers.We are going to check out this restaurant at another location and see if they have better service bc we do enjoy the wings alot. THANKS

Well first of all was my first time here got a Togo got 30 wings there was only sauce on top didn't know what sauce was or dips it was worse experience at the Muncie location the time was330 pm never again go b dub
Our waitress was sweet. Thought maybe it was just the 1 in Marion that was bad but this one is worse. Windows, floors, tables , EVERYTHING was just Dirty. Food was cold and had no flavor. Waitress even told us they heated the fries in the microwave to melt the shredded cheese on them. Grease needed changing bad because everythingtasted like fish. No one spoke or checked on you really. Overpriced. Only good thing was the music that was playing and hardly any1 there so it was quiet. Took forever to get food to. UPDATE AS OF TUESDAY AUGUST 19 2025. EVERYONE CAN CAN SEE THE MESSAGE FROM MANAGEMENT/OWNER TO CO TACT THEM RIGHT? WELL I DID AND STILL NO RESPONSE OR ANYTHING AFTER 3 DAYS SO WE ALL CAN TELL WHERE THE PROBLEM REALLY STARTS AT! MANAGEMENT AND THE OWNERS.

Might be the beat wings in Muncie. We haven't tried them all yet but the best so far. The staff was great but a little slow. Than manager was stepping up to help. Overall great experience.
