If there was a possibility of giving this location less than one star I would definitely select that! Our order was missing items once again! Also, they decided to substitute tenders for boneless wings due to evidently running out of the boneless, but never did they try to contact us at all to approve this! Also, the guy preparing the drinks gave me a cup that was damaged and luckily didn't leak much in my truck due to the lid not sealing on the cup properly! We have had nothing but issues with our orders at this location and definitely will never order from here again!

Ordered days in advance , went to pick up order still had to wait over an hour to get food. As I was waiting their was people coming in to pickup food and when told order was an hour or so out from promise time they wanted to cancel their order and was met with hateful rude comments from the 2 ladies at the register and rude manager. If someone says they can't wait that long and wants to cancel they should not be cursed at very unprofessional. Food order was messed up and had 4 different flavors of wings but couldn't tell which was which because there was no sauce on them. Spent 80 something dollars for your order to be messed up.First time trying and will not be back.

The Manager is RUDE !The young man at the counter is so polite great customer service across the board , This woman decides to speak loud 15-20 feet away. Telling me how it longs it takes to make wings! Moving forward with NO CLASS, No apologies, your food is coming right up . It takes 20-25 minutes to make your food. Okay, I went to the counter paid for my food in advance. Hey I understand waiting. This place should consider moving management . If you want your business to flourish consider YOUR STAFF!
I've had better wings from Rally's. My wings were over cooked and little too no sauce on my wings. Save your money and go elsewhere for wings. This WingStop was absolutely terrible and a waste of money.

We called an placed an order over the phone was told 15-20mins we waited over an hour for our food got home an everything was so over cooked and WAY over seasoned the bone in wings were shriveled up DRY an tough the corn was old an so covered in the seasoning the whole order was not edible we ordered 25 boneless an only got 16 an they were only about 1/4 sauced best thing about the whole orders was the coke & ranch!
