“I used to love the Albany locations pizza. in fact it was one of the best around however times must be changing. The quality just keeps getting worse and worse. I literally took my delivered pizza back to ask the manager if this is the quality you get for a $35 pizza... she looked at me and asked what was wrong with it?!! when your slogan is to the edge I suspect maybe it should be to the edge. there was barely any cheese on it. It was drier than the Sahara desert.. I've seen most frozen pizzas look better. the manager continued to try to get me to explain what was wrong with it. I just said that if you can't see what is wrong with this then that answers everything. I took my crap pizza and left and said I'm not here to teach you how to make a pizza. obviously this management doesn't have the same standards the pizza king franchise usually has! I will say that the manager did offer to remake it however took no ownership in the quality... The bottom line is this, I'm Over, getting over charged for sub par quality. if you are going to charge me for quality the. give me quality...“

“I visited Ball State as an alumni for the first time in several years. We had a very large group for close to 40 in town for a wedding which also happened to be week 1 of the NFL season so we requested several large tables. We had a server named Marisa that accommodated us. She was nothing short of superb and handled our large group with absolute ease! I can’t say enough about how great she was and how accommodating the entire brother’s staff was. If I could rate the establishment on a scale of 100 I would give it a full 100! Thanks brothers!“
