Order from them all the time. Sometimes there’s problems with the order missing items or wrong items but they are always able to accommodate a re-order if the order is wrong. Never had anything but tasty food here.
Ordered a chicken bowl and hardly had any chicken. The queso wasn't melted. It was clumpy. My son tells me not to order from this Chipotle because it's going down. But I love the convenience of the location. Please get it together!
Did an online order and they completely messed up my second bowel now my lunch for work is ruined and I can’t call the store directly just goes to a robot so good job chipotle for being inaccessible
