could’ve had the decency to disclose that it was temporarily closed online before i came here 😒
The one in Oak Lawn is much better as far as the food quality. I’ve visited the Munster location once and was not impressed. I went there once and they were out of bread. How does a sandwich shop run out of bread?? It’s a no for me to return.
First-time customer. Louis helped me and gave me good customer service. Food was good.

Jersey Mike's offers great sandwiches, especially the cheese steak at a fantastic price. Ordering online for pick up is recommended. The restaurant has a Veggie sandwich/bowl for vegetarians. Parking may be tight during busy times. The ambiance might not be the best due to continuous playing of "Story of My Life" by One Direction. Additionally, the ice machine was down during one visit. The store is clean and the staff are friendly, walking customers through the menu. A #14 made Mike’s Way on rosemary bread with red relish, all the veggies except green peppers and pickles, plus spicy mustard, mayo, oil & vinegar was delicious and fresh. Turkey subs with bacon are also available, perfect for eating half today and half tomorrow. However, there can be long wait times, as the restaurant ran out of bread with five employees present.
