There were about 10 people in the car line. I thought it would take forever to get through the line, but it didn't. We were grateful for that. They were having trouble with the soft serve chocolate but compensated for our order. Very friendly and caring.

Great service I attended this visit with my Job at Damar The kiddos did really well on the patio section which was clean and accommodating for our group of 5 kiddos and 6 staff.

This location is one of the cleanest locations around always looks spot free as if it's their grand opening n the staff r very friendly n helpful highly recommend this location. While your there get you one of them orange 🍊 cream shakes they r addictive

Ordered a choco brownie extreme blizzard add PB sauce and Reese cups. Literally got an Oreo blizzard I can’t even taste anything besides vanilla ice cream. No effort.

Every time I have gone here they have always pulled me around to wait. Last time it was probably about 30 minutes my cone was partially melted and lopsided. There were a lot of employees in the restaurants perhaps they could gossip after the customers are taken care of. It would have been quicker for me just to go to the store and get my own ice cream

First off, this dairy queen does not sell the Parmesan tenders like the one in Hammond! Strike 1 I had to repeat my order twice and it was still wrong when I got home! Strike 2 I asked for a medium Sundae with pecans on the top and bottom, they only put pecans on the top. The bread that came with the meal was not toast and when I bit into it, all I got was a glob of butter. I asked for a 6 piece tender and only got 4. STRIKE 3!!!! I WILL NEVER STOP HERE AGAIN!!!!!

Dairy Queen chill & grills never gave me any issue. Good place. A bit of a wait, but it was busy that day to be fair. Prices are good, the food is good quality.

Did not get total when ordering at drive thru until I pulled up, which is when I was informed that one meal with a shake and an additional burger was about 22 dollars. 5.69 for a double cheeseburger is insane. The shake was fine. The fries were cold and not crispy. Burgers had definitely been microwaved. Person who brought out my food (they had me pull around and wait for cold fries) didn't say a single word to me. I feel like 6 pm is a normal time for dinner, so I'm a bit surprised that they couldn't bother making fresh fries. Definitely sticking to ice cream from here in the future, as their food is pretty terrible and horribly overpriced.

The caliber of employees you hire is bottom of the barrel. I never went to a dairy Queen in my life in order to Mr Misty and got it and it wasn't mixed. Pure laziness is what you hire now at Munster dairy Queen.
