I am writing to report an issue I experienced at your drive-thru on the evening of September 18th. I arrived at 9:47 PM and attempted to place an order at the speaker but received no response. I then drove to the service window and was informed by the employees that the store was already closed, despite the posted closing time being 10:00 PM.
I confirmed the time on my phone, noting that it was only 9:49 PM. The staff reiterated that they were closed and refused my request for two vanilla cones.
Closing well before the official time is a significant inconvenience for customers. This early closure has negatively impacted my perception of your service, and I am now hesitant to return.
Order was made incorrectly and rude employees.
