If I could rate this as a 0, I would. There was one car in the drive thru ahead of me. I waited 10 minutes and the car never moved. I pulled out of line and went in. I literally waited 15 minutes before someone acknowledged me. When they finally did, she asked me had I ordered a 2 piece meal. I responded, "No, I hadn't ordered at all." To my surprise, they didnt have the pot pie that I was trying to order. I literally waited 25 minutes to be told they were out of my item. I heard someone state that no one was taking drive thru orders. I understand they are short staffed, but where is the customer service. No acknowledgement of customers in the dining room or drive thru. When I left out, the same car was still sitting at the speaker waiting to place an order. I ended up driving to the KFC in Homewood. Same amount of employees, totally different experience. In and out in 10 minutes.

VERY DISAPPOINTED! This kfc used to be really good, NOT NO MORE !I only got 4 legs, they were the SMALLEST I EVER HAD ! , The coating on the chicken all fell off, NOT well prepared, I will NOT be back to this location again, Ridge rd in Munster, indiana, you need to RESPECT CUSTOMERS who come to spend their Money , and serve them Decent Food !

Takes forever at drive thru if they even answer. Food is not the quality or quantity it once was. Haven't heard a good thing about kfc in months. They will probably close too.
I ordered a 8 piece meal, the manager said it would be about 12 minutes. She also said biscuits were being made, that would take about 12 minutes. When I got home to my surprise there was 4 pieces of chicken in the bucket, and it wasn't even hot! I called them and the new manager who had just came in was shocked when I told her we only got 4 pieces of chicken. She did not believe me!! She said "I can't figure out how you got a bucket with only 4 pieces" This meal cost 30.00 not to mention gas costs. And it was awful! I sure hope this doesn't happen to anyone else ?

I was at the drive thur for 15 minutes you would expect the food to be fresh Afterpay when I got home the biscuit was hard as a brick. The fries were cold and the service stinks. Messed up my order I’m taking this mess back. I will never go there again never. and no one answered the phone when I tried to call back

Walked it waited for about 8 minutes to even have my order taken with store full of employees looking at me very simple order two large side and a sandwich combo I got one of my sides and a dry chicken sandwich in a speedy time of 15 minutes I’ll drive the extra few minutes to another location next time do not recommend spending your money here
