The ladies there today… did their job plus a lil more. Sweet, kind and fast and not mention everything was hot and fresh. Honey bbq wings on point- wedges on point. Those attitudes this morning- on point. Keep it up ladies- you’re the reason I’ll be back and the reason I left with a smile.
The man up front at the window took his damn time getting everyone's order situated. I waited a whole hour just for a pick-up.
To top it off the manager had to step in and even then he was being defiant.
Get rid of him and get someone who is competent.

So this is my second time visiting this location and I must say, it’ll definitely be the last. Who gives someone not just undercooked chicken but of which is falling apart???!

KFC is a store with friendly staff and positive vibes. Customers appreciate the fast service and cleanliness of the lobby. With such dedicated staff, KFC is a place worth returning to. However, recent reviews suggest some areas for improvement, such as better organization and communication from the staff. Despite these minor issues, the restaurant's nice dining room and the excellent customer service provided by Ms. Kathy continue to make it a popular choice for many customers, even if it means driving further to reach this location.
