the absolute slowest location that exists. I tried to order the new hot ranch potato wedges and the woman at the drive thru had no idea what I was talking about despite card on the speakers. She had to ask a manager. I think from the time I got into the drive-thru line versus when I actually got my food was 15 minutes
Went here last night with my significant other, I thought I placed my pickup order and I did not. Asked the man at the drive thru window if he could just make my order instead since they cut access to the app off so I couldn’t place my order anymore and the guy rolled his eyes, slammed the window shut, and walked away. This is now the second time that I have had an issue with this KFC. Once again there is no one checking items before they are given to the customer. I ordered a big box which was supposed to contain 5 tenders. There were only 2!! I ordered my child the two piece combo and they completely forgot the chicken.
