The food was good no complaints. I got two deep dish pizzas and some wings for my family. My only issue is that my total price was different from what was stated online, to when I went in the store to pay for my order. I was charged a extra 4% technology fee for using my credit/debit card. I thought that was crazy. Upon my arrival, there was nobody sitting in eating. Given that this time of day business is normally a little slow down before it picks up for rush-hour so I was able to converse with the service available there, and finding out management is well conducted at this location. Ordered food a week before for catering for an office event that was supposed to arrive no later than 3:30 pm and it didn’t arrive until almost 5:00 pm. Very disappointed in such tardiness. I was told the driver had an accident earlier in the day and I would have expected if this was true that management would have stepped in to help.They gave us 2 2-liters of pop for the inconvenience which was no where near sufficient. Thank goodness the food was fresh when it arrived.
