I’ve been going here for a few years and whenever I have a taste for sausage deep dish I get it from this location. They are usually delicious. Today, I called to place an order for 10inch sausage and was told they don’t offer that even though I was staring at the menu I received the last time I ordered a deep dish from there which was probably less than a month prior. Made me feel like I was given a premade pizza and once I received it I feel that feeling was confirmed. It was burnt around the edges no chunky sauce and yet, the bottom of the crust was doughy. Was really hoping to enjoy this especially when I had to order a larger pizza than originally planned. Just didn’t taste fresh at all. So disappointed. Also I found it odd the pizza was just sitting on counter and not kept warm.

I wanted 2 come in here and I hope this comment is taken serious. I went in there today and there was this young man working in there by himself. He was handling the kitchen and the front this boy was running back and forth taking care of customers and cooking! That is 100 % horrible he is over working. I also want 2 make it clear that is unsanitary his touching the register and then touching the food. I want 2 make it clear is not his fault!! I hope the manager or who ever is in charge of this restaurant reads this and takes action of the situation! It’s sad that many places like this will put 1 person in charge of everything!!! Then you wonder why people quit or don’t want 2 work!!!

I was just thinking of grabbing a lunch time slice but I do not support this place no more. I usually do not write these kinds of reviews but I have been a very long time customer of this place, since they first opened up, and had been thinking of my LAST experience ever here which took place last weekend. And I am here to share with you all today. So like any weekend my wife and I called and went in to grab a pie and it was an ABSOLUTE disaster. The wait over the phone was 45 minutes to 1 hour, which usually I wait no longer than 20 minutes to get food from here. We hung up the phone and decided to drive up there to go in and order in person. At first, we was confused about the 45 minutes to 1 hour carry out time, until we came in to see a long line of people waiting for their food and just two young boys in the back seemingly struggling to complete everyone that’s waiting’s orders. When our pizza was finally ready and we were paying for it, one of the staff members was very friendly and apologized for the wait which I appreciated and told him that. I get it every place has staff shortage issues nowadays but this was RIDICULOUS, management should be ashamed of themselves! Rosati’s has very good food, but it is not worth waiting 1 and a half hours for, never again, if Google would let me give 0 stars I would. My wife has already tried leaving a review on here but it seems that they have deleted it and we are trying to contact corporate for all this

Ordered food a week before for catering for an office event that was supposed to arrive no later than 3:30 pm and it didn’t arrive until almost 5:00 pm. Very disappointed in such tardiness. I was told the driver had an accident earlier in the day and I would have expected if this was true that management would have stepped in to help.They gave us 2 2-liters of pop for the inconvenience which was no where near sufficient. Thank goodness the food was fresh when it arrived.

The food was good no complaints. I got two deep dish pizzas and some wings for my family. My only issue is that my total price was different from what was stated online, to when I went in the store to pay for my order. I was charged a extra 4% technology fee for using my credit/debit card. I thought that was crazy. I understand fees associated with credit/debit transactions for small businesses, but in this time & age when most people don't use cash, to charge a customer an additional fee is crazy. You do see some gas stations and convient stores charged you fee if you don't spend a certain amount. I've even been to other Rosati's in NWI and never been charged an extra "technology fee". I did question it but the cashier really didn't have an answer for it, so I just paid it. It did kind of ruin the experience. Your online price should match the in store price. IJS

Very nice staff had an enjoyable meal here not too long of a wait and just overall very happy the girl behind the counter was super cool too just wanna give her some props
