“My server Irene was nice and very attentive. She suggested a couple of entrees. The Billionaires Bacon Burger was satisfying and the Sweet Potato Fries were delicious!! The Pineapple Habanero Wings were a solid 10/10. They also have the coldest Draft Beers I've ever had so that's definitely a plus. The atmosphere was comfortable. I genuinely recommend you give them a try.“

“Came in on 8/11, after the bad storms that came through. This place was one of the only places open for miles. We were told no dine in and any orders are an hour&15 min wait. They stopped taking orders shortly after we placed an order from who busy that they were. Employees were busting their butts trying to keep up with everyone and handled it very well. I was a bit concerned that our food was going to take a bit longer than their estimated time but it actually came out exactly when they said. She apologized for the wait and was so kind. And even with the crazy day that they were having, food came out delicious!! If they can handle a day like that, I think it's safe to say that this location has a solid group of people working there!“

“The manager Ashley came up to our table and asked if we had been helped. I told her no she took our order. Great manager!!! Unfortunately the waitress dropped off my food ran and never came back. I waited for a fork napkins and had to request a fork. Which she gave me with no napkins no knife. Ok!! Seemed like she was in a rush the whole time. Then she never came back. I waited for my refill of water and nothing. I got up and went to pay my bill. Really sad just felt dismissed no sense of urgency to help me and my son. MANAGER AND HOSTESS WERE KIND HEARTED HAD GOOD ENERGY. Unlike my waitress whom didn’t seem to wanna help at all. ALSO IT WAS NOT THAT BUSY!!“

“I ate at this Charleys location for the first time in a while and lemme tell you, this place is amazing!!! Seems like new management because the place is ten times better than when I had it before. I ordered a philly steak cheese fries boneless lemon pepper wings and a strawberry lemonade and everything was ON POINT! The service was great too, the manager i believe his name is Jay was really nice and helpful. I noticed they have milkshakes but i had no room for dessert the food is so filling and worth the money, definently want to try that cookies and cream milkshake next time tho :)

The cook definitely knows what he's doing and the young lady at the front counter was absolutely adorable. We got 20 wings with lemon pepper & fries with mild sauce on the side. “So expensive wings used to be 10 cents a piece the only time to order wings now is through specials discounts and coupons half off day I mean $24 for one person to eat chicken wings it's out of control there's other delicious foods that we could try at a better value but full price wings is not a value at all it's not our local restaurants fault it seems to be corporations are jumping on the inflation bandwagon and their profits are up 40% when I feel they shouldn't be taking advantage of us there seems to be a mad dash for our cash everywhere“
