Tonight I ordered 2 pizzas, an appetizer and an extra side of ranch. My order was missing the ranch, which was not a big deal to me at all. About 30 minutes after I got home, I received a call from Amy apologizing for not including the ranch. All the workers there are so nice, but that took their customer service over the top! “Had a great dining experience at this Buffalo Wild Wings. When my wife and I walked in, we were greeted by a young lady with a smile the atmosphere was very high energy with the national championship game playing the volume was perfect which makes it a great place to relax with friends or family.“

I got a pound of Alaskan King crab legs, and while they didn’t come with crab crackers, we only had a little trouble breaking the meat out. Phenomenal crab legs. They came with perfectly seasoned red potatoes and corn on the cob. My partner ordered (fried) shrimp tacos and could not stop raving about them. The shrimp was very fresh. We also ordered fresh cut fries and they were outstanding, though they could use a bit more seasoning. But extra seasoning was brought upon request. The owner, Shawn, brought out the food, was attentive to our needs, and even struck up a friendly conversation as we left. Fantastic decor/theme, friendly staff and exceptional service! 10/10, and we will definitely be back. Thank you for a great dinner! Two dinners, since I had leftovers!“

“My wife and I finally decided to try this establishment a few days ago when went about 20 minutes after they opened hoping to get fresh food. When we arrived no one was up front but after a couple of minutes a very nice young’s lady came out and took our orders. We both played it safe and got the four wings with two sides. After about 20 minutes our food was ready and the young lady brought it out to our car. When we got home and started on the food, the sweet potatoes and Mac & cheese were both excellent. When we ate the chicken we were surprised that it was seasoned very well. We will definitely return again to try the Sunday meals. The only changes that I would focus on is turning down the music and we thought that the prices were on the high side. We paid close to $50.00 for two meals. They don’t or any sauce with the meals which we think they should. Any place selling soul food should know that hot and mild sauce should always come with the meals and the option of paying for sauces were not an option per the menu. We do recommend this place and hope they stay in business for a long time.“

“I ate at this Charleys location for the first time in a while and lemme tell you, this place is amazing!!! Seems like new management because the place is ten times better than when I had it before. I ordered a philly steak cheese fries boneless lemon pepper wings and a strawberry lemonade and everything was ON POINT! The service was great too, the manager i believe his name is Jay was really nice and helpful. I noticed they have milkshakes but i had no room for dessert the food is so filling and worth the money, definently want to try that cookies and cream milkshake next time tho :)

I ordered a New York style crust pizza with barbecue sauce, chicken, onions, mushroom, and banana peppers and I when I tell you they put their foot in this pizza! They definitely did!
