“This location is owned/franchised operated by the youngest man who greeted me. He was very polite, efficient and interactive with me as a customer. I was informed that he had only been open a little over 2 Mos.

Before going to DOMINO's ever again, a lifelong friend had tried it and was raving over it, so I made the trip to try it. Again, after a horrible experience 6 years earlier at their Domino's (off Sibley and Indiana - pizza was burned beyond Description and mgmt there was horrible and going to Corp was...) If these guys continue to provide the level of service that I received, they will be successful.

It's the first pizza I've bought in a very long tim . I ordered the New Garlic and Parmesan with extra sauce and onions in medium (NO Small/individual for single people). Sorry! I also need to say that the Crust wasn't hard and dry. So much so, that for ME, I would have perferred an additional minute of cooking time to my pizza which would have made it even more sensational.

My atmosphere rating is based on it having a very narrow entrance/waiting area and no seating, so I suggest you order ahead and when confirmed your receipt tells you what time it will be ready for pickup. Otherwise, wait in your car where you can sit and wait.

At this time I strongly recommend this location which is a LEFT at the next red-light after Torrence and a quick right into lot. If I detect or receive less in the future I'll be back here and on other review sites. Hope this was useful.“

“I love this location, food taste fresh. The only thing I disagree with is no bathroom for customers, and if I have a second order, I have to go around again. The drive thru is tricky. You pay and receive your food on the passenger side, Lol. Other than that, food is good.“

“I had a really great experience at Charley’s. The food was fresh and came out quickly, and the restaurant was clean and welcoming. The customer service was excellent, especially from an employee named Jasu. Jasu was very friendly, helpful, and made sure my order was right. “Had to remake my order due to it being given to another customer i heard cashire ask is there anything in the bag you touched that i have to remake customer stated yes i asked is that an order for amber and requested my entire order be re made was i wrong not in my mind ordered online by the way so I wouldn't have to wait ended up waiting anyway might not be back first experience not a great one“

“I was walking through the area and saw a sign for “Philly eggrolls” and “Doritos nachos” that definitely caught my attention. I tried both of them, and I enjoyed both. I was a little worried I wouldn’t be able to finish the nachos because of the size on the sign, the lady at the register showed me a takeout box for it, surprisingly I ended up finishing the nachos. “Well, if they cook your food properly, it's not bad... however, if they don't and you need to send it back to cook it (not a fan of raw burgers 🤷‍♀️) and it comes back the same way... be prepared to not eat and pay for the meal anyway. I asked for it to be removed from our bill (over $100 total so not just a couple things) and they removed it after a small "fight" but literally charged us for a basket of fries cuz I ate a few fries off my plate, I guess. they don't take care of their mistakes nor do they care to make things right. Lost future business, everyone at the table was shocked.“

“We were the only ones in the place, so we were totally catered to. Of course it was at an off time on the Sunday of Labor Day weekend, which is why we were the only customers. I asked for extra sauce on my Jumbo tip and link combo, small turkey tip, and 6 wings ($55). When the cashier relayed the request to the lady who was preparing the food she got a real crappy attitude like I was asking for too much. I guess because they were almost closing. I asked her what she said and she went all off. “I wasn’t talking to you I was talking to her!” I asked what her name was and she refused to give it to me. No name tags present or I wouldn’t have asked. Then she directed me to the manager who was also preparing food for any concerns that I may have. I asked the manager Nivia Battle (I think that’s what she said) was she required to give me her name. She said no. Her attitude was crappy as well. Just negative energy behind the glass. Except for the cashier. I also told the that they need to improve their customer service and that I WILL BE BACK!! I have no complaints about my order at all. Food was great!!! They just need to get someone back there that’s actually going to do their job without being so nasty.“

“This is the best place to eat Philly cheesesteak sandwiches. A plus is that they have so many other options as well like their chicken wings, flavored lemonades, and a variety of shakes. I love their Reese’s peanut butter shake. I can not say enough good things to describe this place. The manager and the workers are so friendly. This spot is always clean. Amazing customer service. Prices were too bad cuz it's all reflective of the times we live. Spent about $14. I was impressed that a fish and chicken spot had good beef. I appreciate that. French fries were solid too. “The manager Ashley came up to our table and asked if we had been helped. I told her no she took our order. Great manager!!! Unfortunately the waitress dropped off my food ran and never came back. I waited for a fork napkins and had to request a fork. Which she gave me with no napkins no knife. Ok!! Seemed like she was in a rush the whole time. Then she never came back. I waited for my refill of water and nothing. I got up and went to pay my bill. Really sad just felt dismissed no sense of urgency to help me and my son. MANAGER AND HOSTESS WERE KIND HEARTED HAD GOOD ENERGY. Unlike my waitress whom didn’t seem to wanna help at all. ALSO IT WAS NOT THAT BUSY!!“
