Ordered a two piece fish dinner and two extra pieces of fish and it took exactly 30 minutes to get my food. 30 minutes is ridiculously long for a drive-through. Ask for tartar sauce and some Baja sauce and got none of it.

The standard these days at long john's is, they drop the food when you order. They tell you it will be 10-15 minutes.😬... this night it was more like 20-22 minutes. And the car ahead of me got into some dispute over their food (drive thru). She gave them the finger and drove off. I would imagine part of her frustration is waiting so long. After the wait, Our food was extra oily. Probably due to dropping the food in the grease before it hit the right temperature. If you're going to wait that long for the food, it should be right. Everything was oily, the hush puppies, and the fish. Technically, that isn't FAST FOOD.

Definitely not worth the high prices . The chicken pieces were tiny and the fish were small as well. A waffle fry was larger than a piece of chicken. Very sad. Unless the prices get cheaper or the pieces get larger I won't be back.

Just left there about 40 mins ago. I ordered a fish/shrimp combo and a 2 fish combo. I didn't realize how late it was (must've been prepping to close). I ordered and they noted that it will take 10 minutes to prepare. I waited the 10 minutes. Unbelievably when I got home... our food was cold and everything was very hard! We could barely bite into the food! They could've politely told me they were preparing to close instead of selling me bad food! So disappointed because we hadn't purchased there in years, but stopped there a few weeks ago and was impressed! Tonight was the total opposite! I would rather be told they were closing than to wait 10 minutes and get cold hard food! That is so foul! The food there is not cheap either!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING HERE. Slow wait in drive thru. Nobody has a clue what to do. Who's in charge of this place they need to be retrained how to run a store. Expensive food not worth what it cost. 3 bucks for a piece of chicken the size of a chicken nugget what a damn joke. No utensils to eat my sides again waste of money. Napkins just thrown in bag as if they picked em off the floor. Asked for sauce did I get it? Take a guess. Fix the issues or close this place down.

Food was fresh and hot. Not greasy. Had the fish and chicken combo with hushpuppies and waffle fries. Excellent!
Food delivery was extremely slow and delivery staff was extremely disrespectful. When complaint taken to the counter, the. response was that I acted like it was them that the complaint was against. I told them when service is not satisfactory, it is a reflection on the business location. The whole time we were there, staff behind the counter was holding an inappropriate conversation.
my fish was bad or the tartar sauce was spoiled. Place needs a serious deep cleaning, ice machine looked like it had mold on it, the sweet tea was just sweet colored water. Maybe the oil used for deep frying needs to be changed out. Was at the facility a little over a year ago and didnt have a bad experience as I did yesterday. Told my Mom we won't be going back

I hadn't been at this location before. I was disappointed my meal didn't come with the crispy bits. I love those. I don't know if they stopped serving them or not but I thought they are a part of the brand 😢.

The ladies there were nice. The price was way too high, but the cashier suggested a meal deal, which helped with my order. I wanted to ring the bell for them, but there was no bell 😕. So, I just mimicked the sound lol.
