I stopped by this old school gem when I was in Munster. The food a d service were top notch. Best Gyros and ribs; well definitely be back.

We had Munster Gyros cater dinner for our Sophomore Football Team dinner in the Western Chicago suburbs and EVERYTHING was fantastic! The food was hot, fresh, and ready on time. The players loved it - especially the Italian beef and rib tips. We highly recommend them for any team or group event - Munster Gyros really went above and beyond for us!

I can't speak on the food, but I can speak on the atmosphere - which would be 0/10. I planned on meeting my husband here for an early lunch, and while waiting in the car with my 2 small children, I overheard something that completely changed my mind. Some construction workers were being loudly scolded for what sounded to be over a parking spot(s). At one point the guy upset threatened to call NIPSCO, which from my POV, childish & unnecessary. I believe everyone has bad days, but it doesn't excuse bad behavior. Those men have jobs to do as well. Common decency & respect go a long way. I can't help but think, I bet that whole outfit would've ended up there for lunch today had that not happened, probably lost more business than just mine.

I've been going here since the 80's and they have the BEST gyros and no one comes close to the service they provide. I'm person with a disability and they are so kind to me by bringing my meal out to me. Because I walk with a cane and can't carry a tray with the food on it and Juan walks me to my car to make sure I'm ok. They have top notch food. The restaurant is always clean to perfection and their staff is always super helpful. I recommend them every chance I get.

I have been going to the little diner since I was a little girl loving the gyros, fries and even the poster on the wall. Now living out of state and a mom of a teenager we plan our meals around the time we will be driving by Munster, Indiana so we will be ready to make the stop! Can’t recommend any more than this 😘

Great place. First time eating there. Had a gyro and a Greek salad, well part of them. The portions are so big I could only eat half the gyro and a few bites of the salad. Staff was very friendly. Food came out fast. I travel to Munster a lot for work and will be back at Munster Gyros at least once a week. Love it.

Rib tips are new to them, if you like throwing your money in the garbage, order them... Burned, can't chew them. Go elsewhere for ANY food

Had to be one of the worst Italian beefs I’ve had no flavor at all I’m guessing people are just dedicated to this place or has no taste buds left plus my fries were undercooked. It’s only my opinion I wouldn’t tell anyone not to go there but that’s just me
