Had a really bad day, thought Starbucks could cure it. Good job on whoever made my horchata frappe with extra cinnamon, the taste changed my mood. Whoever made my drink, thank you. Good customer service. Didn’t make it a problem I order off the secret menu, had all the ingredients. Most starbucks don’t. Y’all made my day
Usually there’s a long wait but today wasn’t bad maybe since it was around 630pm. The only thing is the barista didn’t give me the right size lid and I didn’t realize until I tried to drink from it in my truck. At first I thought the lid was not closed right and tried to close it but it wouldn’t stay closed. They need to make sure they put the right lids or coffee is going to be spilled everywhere! I had a large iced caramel macchiato.

I love how they care for people. They ask your name they get you a proper order. They make sure everything is fine. Incredible customer service if you ask me. On top of that their products are stupendous. I wish they still had their cranberry dessert available. I didn't know it was a seasonal thing.
