Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Had a mobile order nothing too crazy. Pick up time 5:51 pm I show up check in via drive thru and told to pull into mobile spot 1…. At 5:50pm. Four cars are in line to get food so not super busy. I waited and waited another person pulls into the spot next to me at this point 25 min has gone by waiting. They get their food. I walk to side door where people walk out food. Told a guy, who has his air pods in, I’ve been waiting over a 30min at this point for my food and he goes have to go around front. Go around front manger walks out showed them my phone and my order food just sitting and shake and Ice cream haven’t been made oh and not to mention I was given a cup at this point and was asked if I wanted to get my own drink….sure why not hell I should of just went in the back and made my own food too. Overall poor service and just pure laziness…..will not be returning.

Lame ass service is slow

My friend had a misunderstanding with an employee regarding her son’s birthday cake, and I’m deeply grateful to Tina for the way she stepped in with compassion and professionalism. She took the time to listen, offered reassurance, and ensured we felt heard and supported. Tina kindly invited us to return later in the day to experience the full birthday cake presentation, and she thoughtfully recommended Emily to personalize the cake with her creative touches. What could have been a disappointing experience turned into a meaningful one—thanks to the kindness, attentiveness, and teamwork of Tina, Emily, and the entire Dairy Queen staff. Thank you all for going above and beyond to make a child’s birthday special.

All I wanted was a large frie and a double bacon burger I requested it to only have bacon, ketchup, and cheese. Once I got home to eat I found that my fries were freezing cold, my burger had lettuce, flamethrower sauce, tomato, and no CHEESE. FINALLY, I asked for a refund and they refused because they were about to close.

The second time coming here when I come into town and I’ve had nothing but good to say about them hot food every time and workers are nice.

They don't take Am-Ex. So I left

Worst Dairy Queen to get a blizzard. I always order the New York cheesecake with extra cheesecake bites which is an extra $0.59 and so far every time I’ve ordered I’ve never gotten extra cheesecake bites and it’s never mixed right. The bottom is straight vanilla ice cream while the top is loaded to make it look like it was made right. Absolute bs with how much these blizzards cost

Handed us a very messy cone...stale as hell and gave me an order they wanted to.. asked for a reces pieces blizzard and gave me freaking cookie dough with it. Listen to your customers and give us fresh food....

Stop for lunch at the Nappanee dairy queen. 4th straight time "sorry your food is so runny" before I even got it. Then I mentioned I can't take that the way it is. Ask for refund. No words just tosses a receipt in my window. Expensive, garbage food, no garbage customer service with attitude. Lost a customer today dairy queen.
