My husband and I were in the area for a fun weekend getaway. We drove past this commons building/indoor mall and had to check it out. It was so cute and quaint with shops ranging from antiques to fashion, purses, jewelry, even some gorgeous live slabs of different trees to make into tables, etc. The one place that o can't say enough about is the Nappanee bakery within the building. I was coordinating food for a funeral dinner and Marilyn and the rest of the staff at Nappanee Bakery were extremely helpful and kind, making the process very easy. Not to mention that the food was delicious!

I used to really love this place, but lately…the friendliness factor is greatly lacking. I love supporting small businesses, but I do not like to feel like I’m inconveniencing someone by choosing to spend my dollars there. Plenty of other choices in town.
