The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the seating area is pretty nice. Their cinnamon sugar pretzel bites are excellent, but the cheddar ranch bites were extremely salty, almost excessively so. Still, the experience was good overall.

I came here as a doordasher and also ordered my own food. They served everyone else when I had gotten there first, and then proceeded to talk about me while I was right there. very poor service

My absolute favorite pretzel place. My husband and I do not live in town but when we visit family, it is a MUST to come here. Already making plans to come here atleast twice during the Memorial Day weekend (lolz).

Food and service used to be great here, but recently has gone downhill. The past several pretzel pockets I have gotten have been in the warmer and were soggy or dried out from sitting too long. They are amazing when fresh, but I hate having to ask for a fresh one every time, but if you don’t you may get one that has sat too long.Today, we got there at 5:20 and they close at 6 o’clock. They refused to make pretzel pockets for us. They said they only sell from their warmer for the last 45 minutes. I’ve been told before that they aren’t supposed to sit in the warmer for more than 10. So they close early and try to only sell off product they know to be poor quality. Never been to a restaurant that closed 45 minutes earlier than the posted closing time. Great place if they would be willing to make fresh food when they are open, but old pretzels are no good. Disappointed with the management of this place as of late. They also increased prices which I thought they should have because their pockets used to be a steal. Now I think they are fairly priced if you can get a freshly made one.

This place has mine and my kids favorite soft pretzels! I heard the pizza slices are really good too but I have not personally had one yet.

With new ownership, the pretzel quality has improved significantly and they are consistent. Their hours are so nice too! I love when they have pigs n a blanket special and wish they’d have it year round!

The pretzel was pretty solid...it had a decent amount of salt and good flavor, but it was on the verge of being overdone. Part of the bottom was quite dark. The nacho cheese dip was not good...it was very thin and just plain boring. The service was excellent, though! We were immediately greeted and felt so welcome. The staff was absolutely wonderful, so thank you!
