I visited with my family of 6, and although they were out of waffle cones and had to serve our ice cream in cups, the customer service was outstanding. The cashier even offered us a refund since they didn't have the cones available. We tried to decline, but he insisted it was the right thing to do since they didn’t have the product. The ice cream here is fantastic, and the service was phenomenal. Highly recommend!
This is such a good place to get icecream, you can completely create your favorite icecream and combine any toppings you want! The whole process is fun to watch as well. The workers were very friendly which helped me thoroughly enjoy my little treat!!
Wow!!! This place is by far amazing! We moved here a few months ago. Missing the ice cream back home, we stopped and tried this place on a whim. You watch them make the ice cream in front of you! Liquid nitrogen! Will definitely be coming back
