My daughter loved the water park. But I don’t think I’ll be staying again. We stayed inside the hotel. It took 35 minutes to check in.The beds were rock hard. Internet was spotty. Breakfast buffet was Luke warm. Biscuits were hard. And for a family of 4 (including a 7 year old) I paid $58 for the worst breakfast where over half was inedible.Perhaps it was an “off” moment but for $229/night I don’t feel like giving this hotel another chance to redeem itself.

Room was old and dated, ceiling tiles warped and dirty. Heater in the room did not work, never got more than 63 all night long. Called the desk and they said maintenance would fix it but they never showed up. Talked to others in rooms and they said thier heat was not working either. They new they had a system failure but lied about it. Will not be back.

No heat first night, no stopper in tub, no hot water, pipes going to tub clanging randomly through out the night. Restaurant was out of our first choice for meals (salad and pork tenderloin) long wait poor service, didn't go backNearby activities: Great mountain biking and road riding

We stayed in the rustic cabinIt was nice.A little pricey, but if you can split the cost with 8 guests, its more reasonable. We were able to go horseback riding and dining options were great for the area

Had a great time as usual but it would be great for more seating in the pool area. Plenty of room for more chairs. Also, it would be an awesome addition to rent out some DVDs for the cabins.

Hiking and beautiful woodland scenery. Quiet and serene. Have been there in Spring for last 10 years. Restaurant has been gradually upgraded.

This lodge is in need of serious updating. Our room was dirty, we had no hot water and complained - they said they would look at the water heater - the next morning, still no hot water. They did comp 25%. Front doors don't have handicap buttons to automatically open the door. The state needs to invest some money in this lodge.

Beautiful lodge! Unfortunately since we live within twenty minutes of it we have never stayed there. Parts we have been in are very nice, clean etc. Always busy! Restrooms are very clean. Would recommend.

Love this place a whole lot...but makes it difficult to come and visit without the hot tub operating...

I loved going here in the past. But was told that there was a 2 minimum a night requirement to stay in their lodinging on the weekends. This is something new and hasn't happened to us before. I think it's a disservice to your patrons & loss of money either way. I was able to call another Indiana state park & they accommodated 1 night. So do better abe martin lodge. And we had a gift card that was only for 1 night & they would not budge to accommodate me.

Beautiful inn. Love the fireplace area with comfy chairs & sofas. Down a hall is a TV & game room with interesting pictures & history stories.

Great place! Tied with Potawatomi Inn for the coolest hotel within the state park system. Nice large lounge upstairs with a fireplace. Lots and lots of cool decorations! Always a pleasure to visit with Abe.
