Iris Garden Downtown Cottages & Suites

This is a wonderful place to stay in Nashville. It was comfortable, in a perfect location, and felt like home. The staff was super kind and welcoming, highly recommend!

My sisters and I stayed in the Girlfriend’s Getaway suite for 2 nights. The accommodations far surpassed what we were expecting. The living room area is so spacious and cozy, the kitchen is absolutely wonderful with a beautiful bay window overlooking the town. There are 3 bedrooms and each one had comfortable bedding and each one was unique. Probably the best part of our stay was being welcomed by Josie who manages the Iris Gardens and Suites. She is absolutely lovely. I highly recommend staying here. You’ll be happy you did. I look forward to a future stay. THANK YOU JOSIE!!

If you want the best experience in Nashville Indiana, then book it here at Iris cottages! Josie was incredible and helped with everything to make my stay the best it could be. I will be back to Nashville and will only stay here!

My husband and I stayed during the Brown County Ukulele Festival. Josie was so nice and the room was perfect! It was so nice to be right downtown. The weather was perfect to wandering around the shops! We will definitely keep Iris Garden in mind for our next Brown County trip!!

This makes our 6th year to stay in the Sweet Suite at the Iris Garden Downtown Cottages and Suites. We love our stay each year! It is a gift I give my mother and daughter and best friend each year. The Suite is so cozy and perfect for the 4 of us. It is always clean and very comfortable. They have made upgrades over the last 6 years. Small but noticeable.
It is downtown of course so once you park you can forget about your car and walk the town. Our favorite boutique is the Firefox, and our favorite breakfast is the Artist Colony Inn with their breakfast buffet. Just simply perfect! We love the Cinnamon Roll teas at Sweetea's! So many lovely quaint shops to browse, stop in Big Woods pizza for a delicious treat to take back to the Suite and enjoy resting for a bit for an afternoon of shopping!
I cannot recommend the Iris Garden enough. There are so many cute suites, you cannot go wrong!! Enjoy!

Amazing. Cottage we stay in so properly named. Sweet cottage. It was sweet and cozy. Bed was perfect. Awesome night sleep.. will stay again. Josie made our stay amazing and Kim amazing house keeper. Thank you guys for making our stay awesome. Will be back in 2 months..

Had our New Year’s party in the Girlfriends Getaway and it was absolutely perfect! We had several friends in a few other rooms like the Sweet suite, Chipmunk Junction and Cloud Nine. Everyone had a great time. Josie is an Amazing host and has quite the gem here in the little town of Nashville. I would highly recommend coming and staying where you’re not just a guest but treated like family.

Walkability: You’re right in the heart of everything

Food & drinks: Lots of great places to eat in town some even walking distance. Rafters has amazing salmon and fried chicken. You want a good steak?? Brown County in top notch gotta try their surf and turf! Out of the Ordinary cute little bar area tucked in the back

We have stayed several times here and have always had a great stay. The owners are great to work with and the cabins have always been clean and ready. Great location for wandering the downtown area and doing a bit of shopping. Stay here…you will be pleased!!’

Wife and I have been coming here annually since 2021; we stay at the Sunshine Cottage every single time and will continue doing so until I am rendered incapacitated to do so. I cannot fathom there is a better place for a couple to stay than this in Nashville. I've only withheld from reviewing it because I don't want the competition for the cabin, but they seem insistent I say something. Please don't book any weekends I'm interested in. Please.
