We went for lunch. I had the cheese burger and fries. It was good and tasty. My wife got the Ruben sandwich with chips. She said it was good. To me food was a little high in cost. Waitress was very attentive.
I recently ate breakfast here. Overall, the food was very good. However, the biscuits were a little dry and crumbly but not enough to drop a star. The apple butter and iced tea were awesome and more than made up for it. There was a hummingbird feeder outside our window I would like to see one outside of every window. We seen multiple Hummingbirds feeding. The staff was polite and attentive. Prices were reasonable. I was pleasantly surprised that they had an elevator as my wife...
Not the time of year to eat at a state park. Some items were sold out, no specials due to occupancy and no internet so no credit cards. To be honest about it I’m not positive I got enough change back. (Stuffed the cash in my pocket without counting).
