Rafters is a Nashville gem! Great food and great prices! Service is great as well; highly recommend if you’re in the area.

Food was great! Service on the other hand was horrible. Our waitress was Alyssa. 30 minutes after we sat down she came to pick up our menus, then said “oh wait you haven’t ordered” then she walked away and didn’t return for at least 5 minutes. If you’re reading this Alyssa, I was part of the 6 top that left you $10 as a tip. If you wanted a better tip you should learn how to be a real waitress. LESS than the bare minimum service deserves a less than bare minimum tip. Maybe pay attention to your tables and actually be a waitress and stay off your phone.

We stopped in for lunch and were not disappointed! We were seated quickly, and our waitress was friendly. We ordered the "Pulled Pork Loaded Tots" to share and had to stop ourselves from finishing because we knew we had more food coming...they were DELICOUS! The fried biscuits with apple butter were super tasty as well. The Fried Chicken meal was a hit, as well as the Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich (which was dug into so quickly I forgot to grab a pic). The sandwich was HUGE, and we had plenty of everything leftover to take with us. I can't forget to mention the gorgeous view out of the windows that span entirety of the back wall. We were delighted to see some snowflakes while enjoying our warm seats (and meals) inside. Definitely recommend!

Service was great, the vibes were awesome…. But the food was pretty bad. Chicken tenders are basically chicken breast. To thick, very dry.

Burgers were decent but not cooked to how we ordered (overcooked). The steamed broccoli I ordered wasn’t very cooked.

For the price, not worth it.

I had an absolutely terrible experience with this restaurant and would strongly advise others to avoid it. I placed an order, they took my money and made the food(I was notified when the food was prepared), yet when I called to check on it, I was rudely told to contact a separate company instead of them, with no context given regarding my call. The staff(one woman) refused to take any responsibility and showed zero willingness to help. Instead, spoke to me like I was anything other than a customer. Unacceptable.

I called this company back 40 minutes prior to close, and that same infortunate voice answered my call. I told her I would simply come pick up my order that I placed2 hours prior to closing. I was again told to call door dash and when I asked why I would call them, she again simply dismissed, ignored, and treated like a nuisance.. I made it CRYSTAL CLEAR I was 5 minutes away and left to go get my food. When I arrived, I was no able to get into the restaurant and this was 10 minutes before closing. I took my business and money elsewhere.

They proceeded to ignore my calls for the rest of the night. I even reached out to management and upper management, and left a message for the owner with a formal complaint, yet I have received no response whatsoever. The complete lack of customer service, accountability, and basic respect from this establishment is shocking.

This is by far one of the worst experiences I’ve had with a restaurant, and I would never recommend it to anyone. If the owner sees this, I would appreciate a response because your employees are failing your business, if the rest are anything like the devil that I dealt with last night.

First time visiting since their remodel and was blown away. The atmosphere and the food were amazing. They had the best bourbon selection in Nashville. I was impressed and will be returning soon. Definitely a must for anyone visiting Brown County

I had the chicken tacos. Chicken was very cold. Husband had wings and they were lukewarm. Views were pretty out the window. Bathrooms were clean. Service was good.

Went yesterday evening 1/11/25 for a meeting and greet like dinner with my Husband's boss , coworker, and their spouses. So I was nervous. But it was a very nice place. And the service was great. We done alot of visiting. They never made us feel rushed. The fried biscuits and apple butter was amazing!! I didn't have the fried chicken, but 3 of our group did. And it did look delicious. I only took a photo of my flatbread. It was the sooooo good!! Yummy! I will go back & will take the rest of our family there. O and the desert!!! They had a flourless gluten-free chocolate cake. My husband said it was really good!! Highly recommend!!

It was a Saturday night during a conference at the hotel in 2024, which the hotel/restaurant had been planned for (aware of) for almost a year. Plenty of open tables, but they would NOT seat us in small groups of 4. They would NOT even let us sit at the bar and wait. WORSE YET, the hostess and the "alleged manager" were shocking VERY RUDE to everyone in our group!!! Never in my 60 years have I experienced such unprofessionalism. Never once did they say "sorry" we can't seat you, instead argued with us (unprovoked) and said "leave!" So we went to Big Woods at Hard Truth just down the road, they had plenty of "nice" staff, excellent service, better atmoshere and awesome food, so trust me, I'd go there instead!

I’ve eaten after rafters several times, but I missed one important menu offering until today; The Pulled Pork Loaded Tots! They were absolutely mouth watering. There are hints of barbecue sauce along side the mouth watering pulled pork, some delicious slaw, & probably other stuff I’m forgetting. I’m also a fan of the pulled pork nachos at Hard truth Distillery, but I’ll tell you, there’s no comparison. The Rafters tots are more flavorful & have more pulled pork. You get a mountain of tots, whereas Hard Truth gives a much smaller portion. Prices are also more reasonable. Rafters- everything was perfect today!
