So I paid for our office order of $44 on the app and they “never got it” so they told me I’d have to pay another $44 to put in a second order and request a refund for the first. I said ok and did that because I’m on lunch break and don’t have time to wait. Sat here for 30 minutes to watch them standing around and manager went to the back. So I asked if my order was almost done? To which they both (manager and employee) got an attitude over and said “we’re supposed to be making you food?” I’m like well I didn’t just pay $88 for no reason??

Service was ok. When I was ordering my bread the lady got the wrong one so I let her know. She wasn’t happy with me and rolled her eyes as she changed the bread. Got frost bite while eating my food. Freezing 🥶 won’t be back to this subway.

The food is good but I ordered curbside and was waiting almost 20 minutes for my food. I walked inside and it was just sitting there in the pickup rack getting cold.

Got a sandwich from here only to get home and find a black curly hair in it after eating half the sandwich. The guy making my sandwich wasn't wearing a beard net, so I can only assume it came from there. The soda machine was also really gross. I'm always reminded why I haven't been back in a long time each time I retry this place. Maybe I'll learn from my mistakes this time.

Didn't get the order right, rude staff, and the lettuce looked gross. Also demanded staff because their Internet was down, but didn't tell us until the very last moment.

Quality has gone down. Meat portion was skimpy. Prices were way too high for what they serve. I won't be back.

Workers were very rude. Acted like they didn’t want to be there. My grandma was trying to get coke and it came out watery. Worker said it would taste fine. Very unfriendly.

Staff was well trained and did a fantastic job this evening!! Beautiful sandwich builds, followed all food safety procedures; everything was clean and consistent. Doing all the right things! So pleased that I left a $20 tip for the staff, great job guys!

Hadn't been here for quite awhile. But the new menu plus the fact that they now slice meats in-house enticed me to go back. What an improvement! Really great chicken with garlic aioli sauce. We'll back!
