ordered takeout, it was on time.
fried chicken entree and a few sides. chicken had flavorless breading, mashed potatoes were soupy (fine w instant buuut) and fried tomatoes were not cooked enough (mushy batter). fries were mushy too.
outside patio tables (had a few patrons) and casual inside (was empty)…like most of the nashville restaurants super casual.
maybe go here for a drink but food was a miss on all fronts

This place is amazing, great food, and service. If you're in Nashville, add this stop to your itinerary. They're known for their fried chicken but the rest of the menu is well worth it too! And we loved our server Bandy.

We had had BLTs with fries and soft drinks. Sandwiches were a little messy to eat but delicious as were the fries. Drinks were cold and crisp. Waiter was friendly and very helpful. We loved the atmosphere outside.

This place was phenomenal, great food, great atmosphere, and most of all great service. Our server, Clay, was very attentive, quick, and great attitude. We got deep fried macaroni which was awesome, and I'm not even a macaroni fan. I also got a BLT with fried green tomatoes, and Mediterranean style salad. My boyfriend got a catfish dinner with fries and hush puppies, and the most amazing pistachio pie ever. I will absolutely eat here again.

I love this place! The house made sauces and dressing are great, and the salads and catfish were really good. My two most favorite things though definitely have to be the service and the pistachio pie. Our server Clay, was very attentive and accommodating! The pistachio pie, quite honestly is the best I've had so far in my life. I will definitely be coming back.

We ate outside on a beautiful night. My wife got the cucumber dill salad with salmon and I had the apple butter bacon burger. Both were great. Prices we reasonable. Fried biscuits with apple butter are a must. Our server Elijah was very attentive and friendly.

Ordered four piece white chicken dinner. Received one breast, two wings, and one thigh.
Fish dinner was edible. More like ‘chicken’ fingers you would get at a fast food restaurant, then real fish. Coleslaw with fish was in a condiment size container not even a quarter cup.
Maybe because it was close to shift change, waitress was not attentive. By the time she checked back, I have finished my meal and my husband had already eaten chicken breast and chicken wing.We received only the napkin with silverware wrap. Got up and got extra napkins to wipe off fingers after eating chicken and fish. When we ask for to-go boxes she wanted to know if we couldn’t fit my leftovers and my husband‘s leftovers in one box. Was not going to argue.
$52.91. I drank water and my husband had a Coke.
Way too pricey for what we received.
Would not recommend.

Husband and I had dinner here tonight, Aug. 15th and it was absolutely delicious!
We ate outdoors, really enjoyed it, thankful it was mostly shaded. The salmon was cooked perfectly, I enjoyed the rice much more than I expected - very flavorful.
Whoever was playing music there live was doing a phenomenal job!!! (Wish we caught their name!)
Husband loved the apple butter and our server was very nice.
Indoors they have items for sale from different vendors/people, everything seemed quality and handmade.
We will be coming back soon :)

Hadn't eaten there since the fall of 2024
My niece who lives in Brown county was baptized today and we took her here to celebrate she had never been Was very disappointed . Our server Kyle was great but the food was a big disappointment. The fried chicken dinner was what I lused to love but the poor chickens must have been starved to death. Tepid in temperature. Maybe 2 bites of meat on the thigh 4 on the leg 2 on the wing the breast was small too.No flavor. The gravy on the non tasteful mashed potatoes had no seasoning very bland. My husband had the Turkey manhattan meat was barely there the gravy (same report ) no taste. My cousin got the fish and chips the cole slaw was a small serving was told it was creamy but it was not. Ample french fries and the fish was not that great either. Not sure what is happening there it is like the cook is cooking for a nursing home.Won't grace the doors again

I’m so sorry that I have to write this review, but I am absolutely baffled why anyone would allow their restaurant to serve this. I got a chicken Caesar salad (no Caesar, instead I wanted Italian dressing) so I asked for grilled chicken…. And I got 2 pieces of BOILED chicken. BOILED. If you don’t do grilled (???), tell me instead of BOILING my chicken. Also what is with the 2 blobs of chicken. The gigantic blob number 1 in the middle and the curled up second blob to the right. I’m sorry. Just absolutely baffled how you could serve up the driest, grossest, BOILED CHICKEN on. Caesar salad. I asked for grilled, I just can’t believe this. The fact that the table next to me also got the same exact salad and also didn’t touch their chicken either they left it off to the side just like I did. Because what compels someone to boil chicken like that and then throw it on a plate with the white looking foam on the sides of it. I’m still disgusted just thinking about it and looking at these pictures. Also, our server was great. She had a great attitude, great personality, great person altogether. This has nothing to do with her.but yeah …. Please …just never again ..

We got seated immediately at 5 pm on a Friday evening. I had the fried chicken, mashed potatoes (with gravy), and fresh green beans. It was delicious. I also had a house salad where lettuce was fresh and included blue cheese, cranberries, blue berries, strawberries, and pecans. It took was extraordinary.
The beer choices were fine, and the service was prompt, friendly, and food delivered quickly.
All in all, it was a great dining experience.

My group was a group of women that were having a wonderful time. Cracking jokes and eating some great food. I’m not here to talk about the food but it was all really wonderful. Get the fried chicken and the manhattan btw. But I want to take a second and discuss the most fantastic waiter I’ve ever had the privilege and honor to be served by. Clay made my bachelorette dinner memorable. He followed our lead on our jokes that we started and made them even better. From my jokes about straws to playful teasing (which my girls started and told him to join in). Clay deserves a raise for dealing with us and for being on his A game in service. He embodied service with a smile.
Clay’s service was not only prompt but attentive and accurate but also had a fantastic sense of humor. He made our meal that much more memorable and enjoyable with his banter and witty remarks. It’s rare to find someone who’s both excellent at their job and genuinely entertaining. I highly recommend Clay. I will be coming back but only if Clay can be my waiter.
