Manager wouldn’t comp the drink I received because she said it wasn’t made wrong. WTH how you know??? It was very bitter and absolutely disgusting. This was the raspberry truffle macchiato. Do not get this drink! Yuk lost a customer for good!!

Wanna start off by saying I am a frequent flyer when it comes to 7brew. I enjoy the coffee and especially the sugar free options. But recently the weather has gotten very terrible and is only getting worse. The way the employees have been getting treated seems to be declining. Especially with it getting colder, i have experienced employees being outside for extended periods of time. I also experience an employee get in trouble for not making conversation with me when it was 20° outside. Same thing with the sweet girls outside taking orders. They are outside for extended periods of time. I always crank my heat up to let them use it on their poor hands. There has got to be a better option for clothing aswell. Very disappointing.

This place is horrible for keeping those girls outside when it's freezing out! I know today's high was 40 degrees but the wind made it feel 20 degrees! No minimum wage job should make their employees stand outside and talk to customers when it's this cold out. I know that they can come in when it's 32 degrees but if it's over that and windy they need to be aloud inside and not stand on the box to talk. I much rather have my barista inside where it's warm. Horrible job 7brew. Very disappointing on how they treat their employees. If a barista gets cold easily for whatever reason do NOT make them stand outside to talk. Horrible I say horrible.

She is so sweet and will do anything to ensure customer happiness. She, and the rest of the staff, truly cultivate kindness!! ☺️
