The worse Arby's I ever been to barely put any meat on my sandwich

TERRIBLE. I ordered a chicken sandwich and the lady wouldn’t give it to me. She said I didn’t tell her and I would have to pay for it and I showed her my receipt and she still would not give me the chicken sandwich I paid for. Worst customer service experience. Will never come back.

It's been a long time since we've encountered such great customer service. Larry, the assistant manager, went above and beyond in making us feel welcomed and taken care of from the moment we walked in. He was personable, cheerful, funny, and engaging. I would go back for the customer service alone.

Ordered a french dip and the meat was so thick I threw it away. What the heck, Arbys? It was gross. No more heinz ketchup either, tastes like fancy ketchup. This location had no customers inside when we entered and one person in Drive through but all of their fryer bins were full of precooked fries, cheesesticks etc. I can't say customer service was bad because it was pretty much non existent. No "hi", no "thanks", no nothing. The whole experience was....strange. The super thick meat, unacceptable. Will never go back.

Came thru drive thru at 1025 and immediately was told they are out of roast beef. Ordered a chicken bacon Swiss and when I get to the window I'm informed they are also out of bacon. Crazy part (besides the fact the Arby's runs out of roast beef) I worked at this same location for years and it's insane they let main ingredients run out. Need better training or go ahead and close earlier. No reason to stay open with at least 3 employees standing around if you have no food to sell

Pulled up to the drive-thru window about 4:45pm on Thursday, 01/23/25. Lady said Sorry we are out of all meat products. Yes, they are out of roast beef--their signature product at Arby's. !! Absolutely pathetic. I spent my money elsewhere.

I dont understand what is up with this Arby's, but this is my second bad experience in as many visits. The food was soooo greasy it was dripping through the bag. Gross. And my au jus was basically just water. Also gross. I litterally didn't eat it until I could get home to atleast add some beef bouillon to it. This Arby's is trash. The one in Salem is way better.

Was told they were out of roast beef in the drive thru so I ordered a BBQ Bacon Burger which was completely burnt so pulled around to the window and seen them only using roast beef on DoorDash orders only was also missing fries, and a cherry turnover

The drinks taste terrible and have for months. The mix is off. The au jus for the French dip is little more than light brown water with no flavor. I keep trying to give this place a chance since it's close to work but I'm done going here. Considering you'll pay close to $13 for a meal the food is definitely sub par. Don't waste your money.

I have never had an experience like I just had. I have never left a bad review however after going to a fast food restaurant going through the drive thru and having to wait for a half an hour!!! for them to forget both of my kids meals!!!!... I should have checked harder but I shouldn't have to. They said they couldn't mix lemonade and Sprite together. What??? I did encounter the manager while I was there but No words or actions of remorse. Never again!!

New building looks amazing, I asked for No red ranch add cheddar, they put too much cheese where it's dripping off the sides.
Checked out this Arby’s again after it just reopened from a remodel. Food was horrible. The roast beef was dry and overcooked to the point the edges were hard. Items were missed from the order in the kids meal (drinks) and even the tenders were gross and over cooked. I gave to another shot after the remodel but not good and won’t be back.
