12/6/2025 tonight after work me and my son decide to grab Arbys ( placed my order, drive thru guy seemed irritated) I asked for fresh chicken and fries and my son got a double beef and cheddar meal We waited, I got home took order out chicken had been double fried and bun microwaved I guess to make me think it was fresh ( also tons of honey mustard that the bun was soggy and looked old… I was so upset because one we waited like we were getting fresh food My sons order was cold ( I’m very disappointed) So I take the food back and asked for fresh chicken sandwich, showed him what it looked like ( he didn’t say I’m sorry or anything ) all he said is so you want a new bacon and Swiss, I said yes … he told the other guys they were all upset whispering ( than I said can I have fresh fries please, the guy never said a word, he threw some in a basket and when they were done the guy from drive thru slags my bag over to me, walks away real quick so I wouldn’t ask for anything else like he’s upset that I came back wanted fresh food for the money. I just politely said thank you and left but tonight made me not ever want to come back to this place… All 3 people were upset but the drive thru guy took and the guy on the fries took the cake and the crazy thing was they werent busy, ( they had no one in drive thru and one couple seated and eating…but when I walked in there, the fry guy was just leaning over on the counter by the fries playing in his phone and took him a min to even acknowledge me when I got in there…. Service was very poor.. and the area was a mess, I wish I knew who the GM was… because they definitely need to know this..
The way I was treated tonight made me feel like I was the problem.. and all anybody wants is fresh hot food … that’s all anybody ask… If it’s $2.00 to $25.00 I just want hot food and if I get that I never complain or have a reason to come back.. 😭😩😩😩

I ordered in drive thru, I got to work and there were old crinkle cut fries mixed with curly fries. I ordered a large curly fry and was told they were cooking them. I’ve called at least ten times and no one has answered. This is unacceptable.

This is the best Arby's in our area. I drive 45mins just to eat at this one. The ppl are great, service is always friendly, understanding, and patient. Thank you all for being so good at what you do. We appreciate you all!!

Honestly every time I only get the poppers and cheese stix. Nothing else the service on nights is splendid through the drive through two dude were very Kool with my poppers and threw in a cheese stix for me to try I had to swing back around like a goof ball to say it was good thanks great service with a smile

I received the roast beef sandwich with the least amount of roast beef in all the 50 years that I have been going to Arby's at this location. There were TWO slices of roast beef on this past sandwich, if you could even call it a sandwich. It was more like just bread cause the beef was very dry. I do not have this experience at the other Arby's in Clarksville or Sellersburg. I am giving two stars cause the curly fries were good, so I couldn't go all the way to one star. Whoever owns this place needs to stop being so skimpy. Arby's literally advertises for their superior meats! So get on the bandwagon and make your meat sandwiches awesome like other Arby's!

I love Arbys but I just wanted to let yall be aware that the cashier on October 10, around 4:20pm had a attitude and when she gave us our food she threw it at us. She was a black women in her middle to late 20's.

Only two guys showed up for the lunch at Arby's today but instead of throwing in the towel they rocked the house! They had to be this locations Best employees because even though they were packed, they had the best attitude!! I wish more people took this kind of attitude at their Jobs because we would have a much nicer experience in Life!! Rock it out Guy's because you two are AWESOME 😎
