Stopped in for Labor Day celebration and was disappointed . Lackluster food - not much flavor sketchy staff - I saw two people around back who looked to be smoking something out of a pipe and one of the girls was in the building serving not ten minutes later! Silverware had white marks and plates had fingerprints. Definitely not on the return list, very sad as the location is wonderful! Floors very sticky and no bartender in sight. Don’t get me started on the bathrooms! Very sad to see what ha happened to the old South Side Inn! Expected more from the reviews 🤷🏻♀️

The staff was very professional polite courteous efficient and knowledgeable about the menu to make ordering easier with helpful hints. The food was well prepared good to order and delicious. Great location and atmosphere.

Pretty bad experience. No one working upfront. Multiple people walked out due to no greet. When one girl showed up she looked like she just rolled out of bed. Told us to find a seat wherever. Ordered drinks. Waited 30 min. Then ordered appetizer. Waited 25 min. Then ordered food. Food and app were overall good. But it was very bad service. The 2 girls we saw both looked like they were dressed to lounge at home.

First off the service was extremely slow a d we ordered the pretzel and beer cheese the cheese was like water totally gross then when get our meals the melt the burger was still raw and the sweet potato fries were gross the build your own burger wasn't bad then we went next door to get a extreme shake a Wendy's frosty would have been better I don't recommend this place to anyone we won't be going back ever

I bought a 1/2 price gift certificate from here off wdrb. 15 for 30 stopped by today and found out why there selling these. First i stopped at the bathroom to wash my hands. And it was so disgusting in there my feet felt like they were sticking to the floor. And so many pubic hairs on the urinal. I just got my wife and left. If they will let there place be so filthy you could imagine how the kitchen is. I will be giving this voucher away and staying away from deals like these in the future. There were only 2 tables with people at 2pm and they still didn't clean. stay far away

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! Stopped in for a quick meal and I was appalled. The restaurant is going downhill fast… the service might be the only thing saving this place. The reason why I’m giving the service 2 stars is the management. It’s apparent that they do not care about their employees. I heard a man yelling in the back about firing an employee. This also isn’t the first time i’ve stopped in and heard the management berating the staff. Manager/Owner should look into a different profession, because they’re clearly not professional enough to run a business. Definitely will never be back anytime soon… unless I get news that they sold the restaurant to different owners. Cannot support whatever they’ve got going on here. Servers, find somewhere that appreciates you, your time, and effort! The food was mediocre at best but nothing I would rant and rave about!

Today was my first time going there and upon walking in there was no one to be seen. As I walk into the dining room to look for someone and all I can hear is someone screaming in the kitchen. From what I could gather it was a boss screaming at someone in the kitchen. I didnt even wait for someone to greet me. I'm all about supporting small businesses, but I will NOT support one that treats their employees the way I just heard. I could hear him screaming threatening someone's job. I don't see how they have a single employee. I'm so sorry for the people who work there. It's such a shame.

I ended up with the fish and chips, which was pretty darn good. About the sweet potato fries... they were the best I've ever had. It would be amazing to dip them in a smoky pineapple type sauce.
I can't wait to come back because I need to see how good the bacon actually is.

Service was very slow, fries were way over salted no one could eat them. We had ants crawling around on the table then seen a nest of them on the wall we told the waitress and she said they bomb for bugs and would let someone know. This is the second time we have been here and there won't be a third

The seat yourself service is great in theory but doesn’t really work all that well in its application. A few times we’ve gone there, we sat for a while without being noticed. Some servers can struggle with attentiveness and there have been several occasions in which foods of the same dish came out at separate times so you have to eat each item as they come served. I still think it’s worth some of your patience, the food is really great for the price. While the presence of service isn’t always top notch the actual servers themselves are always so, so nice. Also their wait times have always been super great for us. It’s a regular stop for me!
