The new owner is also a trained chef and makes some of the most delicious BBQ in the area. “Friday night date night and it doesn’t disappoint. Had the barrel aged double bock and the imperial stout, and of course the excellent pizza and salad. Great place to start the weekend.“

“The Red Yeti is one of our favorite restaurants, and tonight was terrific, as usual. Our server, Natalie did a wonderful job, with prompt, friendly care that was timed just right without being bothersome. Larry's brisket and side salad were delicious and filling. My hot brown was yummy, with ample fresh-tasting turkey and a wonderful sauce that pulled the other ingredients together. Of course, I took half of it home. “We had an event at Upland, in their large banquet room, last week, and it was not a simple set up or take down for us. Anna and the team at Upland allowed us enough access, beforehand, to transform the room into something spectacular. The appetizers and meals were top notch, served buffet style, with beef, chicken, salads, vegetables, potatoes, vegetarian skewers and more. The staff worked hard to accommodate us and the guests were all happy with the food and how we had set everything up. The were a few hiccups, like the bar having limited choices for guests. It was that there were not choices, but better known brands were unavailable, though their own brands were (and some were pretty good). Also, the staff was so stealthy, that we didn’t realize dinner had been served. We also weren’t sure how to turn some lights on when it got darker outside. Those negatives did not have an affect on the overall party and how it was received, though. I give the an 9 out of 10, knowing that those things wouldn’t happen again.“

He helped us pick the perfect drinks—a fruited blonde and an American lager—and the pretzel with cheese dip hit the spot. Tucked away in a charming part of town, it’s an ideal place to relax.
