Put in a mobile order, went through drive thru, didn't get any of my 3 orders of fries I paid for after waiting 15 minutes in the drive thru. Don't have 2 drive thru Lanes if you can't handle 2 drive thru Lanes. Highly disappointed for myself & my family that was waiting for food at the hospital.

Today November 30 at 5:30 I went there and they try to not give me my correct order now the food is getting real cold waiting on a crispy onion whopper to me made again because the worker there thought by us being in the dive-thru and pull off that we wouldn't check our order. Bad night time service intolerable attitudes from employees I dnt trust them making my food safe to eat!

I recently visited the newly reopened Burger King on State Street Store #6101 in New Albany, Indiana, and I was thoroughly impressed! The restaurant is absolutely beautiful inside—spotlessly clean and very well-designed, creating a welcoming atmosphere. I loved the convenience of the self-order kiosks, though it’s worth noting they only accept card payments, no cash. The freestyle Coke machine is a fantastic touch, and it’s great to see that they still let customers refill their drinks.
The team was incredibly pleasant, and I had a wonderful interaction with the general manager and assistant shift lead, Brittany. It was the perfect stop for breakfast before heading to church, and I’m thrilled to have this spot in New Albany. The renovation really adds something special, and I’m sure it’ll be a popular lunch destination for the community.
All in all, a fantastic addition to the New Albany area!
