“Love their chicken. I prefer the one on Charlestown Road. The one State Street had a dead mouse near the door outside; and the staff went out back while they had food out and customers inside. Not so appealing. But the food is great when properly attended.“

“My daughter and I stopped in at this location tonight. The food was great, but I am mostly leaving a review because of your employee, Bailey. She greeted us with a smile and was the sweetest girl. After we got our food and sat down, she was friendly and very helpful with every person that walked in the door. She deserves a raise! We haven't been to a KFC in years, but we will be back to this location!“

I couldn't really taste the heat with the hot, but on my next visit, I got x-hot & it didn't disappoint...had my mouth & lips kinda burning! Love this spot!“

“One of the best experiences I had all day like a hungry caniac starving ready to eat my arm off the cashier Lou greeted me in a happy-go-lucky mood ready to get a order going full of energy and very friendly I had to get the manager just to praise Lou ! I always get consistently good service on Dixie highway at this raising Cane's I have never ever had a issue a messed up order or even left the parking lot irritated and that's easily done with me! My only problem with the franchise of raising Cane's is the fact that southern Indiana does not have the first they're everywhere else they are delicious and I crave it sometimes do yourself a favor and put one on veterans parkway!!!

“There is something to be said about a company that consistently sends the correct order with the same quality of service and product. I have frequented this particular location and they always get it right. My order is always correct and the quality is top notch.

Parking: Parking is ample.“

“We found this jewel of a spot and had a wonderful experience. Food was amazing and owners were very friendly. We’ve been to Jamaica but this food was far superior than that experience. I had the jerk chicken and it was delicious, my wife had the escovish fish and it was spot on.. We will definitely be back to enjoy everything on the menu.“

But wait this review will be good not sure of the young man's name at window but he was wonderful upgraded are drinks for the wait and made it a great experience. I remember 8yrs ago that KFC was Garbage no one wait on you. Glad you have a new Staff. Cause who ever the young man was last night on 4/28/22 showed amazing customer service . Thank you good Sir!!! “Jaylana (if spelled wrong, my sincere apologies) went above and beyond with her customer service! She was very personable, friendly, and prompt. The drink machine in the dining room wasn't working. We told her not to worry about our refills as she had just sat down for her break. She absolutely insisted on taking care of us first. I say she's a 5 star employee and deserves to be recognized for her phenomenal job performance and friendliness!“

“I had come in mid day, and it was empty when I got here. I had a fast service, which was pleasant. The food was delicious, of course. The restaurant was clean and well kept. I didn't see the bathrooms. There is a key code if you want to use the bathrooms. The outside was as clean as possible it was snowing. The staff was helpful and gave me my food with a positive attitude 🙂.“
