This has nothing to do with my server, she was sweet, I marked service as 1 star due to the service from BOH. I came in today to eat lunch with a friend, I ordered the sliders and french fries. The food was good, no issue with it, but I asked my server to add sautéed onions to my sliders- she brings the food out and there are raw red onions on the sliders… didn’t make a big deal, just took them off and began to eat, figured it was just a mistake. Well, about 5 minutes after bringing our food, my server comes back and says “I realize you didn’t get the onions, and I’m so sorry, the cook said that he isn’t doing that, he doesn’t feel like it”.
I was baffled. How lazy can you be? I was a server for years until I had my daughter. So I know it can get hectic, but this was completely unacceptable and the cook who said this should not be employed at any restaurant. I will not be coming back to this establishment for this reason, and the manager should get their employees in check. I’ve never* experienced something like this at ANY restaurant I’ve eaten at. Never experienced it working first hand with cranky cooks on the line either. You don’t get to pick and choose how people eat their food. Ridiculous!

This place is always on par, delicious each and every time. Today was a special day as we Dee for a server and I will tell you this man delivered! From the moment we sat down to the moment sorry we left this man treated us as if he has known as all of our lives like family. This was truly the best experience that we have ever had at any restaurant hands-down. The entire time he was making jokes and checking on us. He was extremely happy and it truly shows how much he cares about his job. If you ever get the chance to have him as a server, I HIGHLY recommend it!

Before we came in, me and my friends went to myjer and on the way my friend pushed me. And who im assuming is the owner called him out for it when we went in. And when we went in not only was the owner really nice, but so were his staff. We got the cluckin inferno wings and some pretzles and beer cheese as a starter and they both were amazing. For my meal i had a buffalo chicken wrap (i think) with onion rings and it was immaculate. 10/10 will go again
