Went there today for my first time very great atmosphere didn’t know what I was wanting to get or what I should get so I decide to ask an employee there what they think is a good recommendation. After a few recommendations I decided to go with something and when I did, I was not disappointed. I’m sure there is multiple other things there that are very good but all in all great experience very well ran and very respectful employees will definitely be going back and recommending it to others. They sure did brighten my evening!

BEET COFFEE AROUND!!! I've been coming to the location on Charlestown Rd by Meijer's since literally the day it opened. The staff are always polite, accurate, and speedy, and the coffee and treats are always absolutely delicious! I personally love the Railroad coffee, hot or iced, and the hot caramel apple cider the best, but I've never had anything that wasn't amazing!

I used to love this place. Right up until they started shoving the card reader in my face at the drive thru trying to make me guilt-tip them. I’ve got 3 screaming kids in the backseat and a newborn crying and I’m on the phone with the pediatrician. Can I just pay for my coffee and be on my way? I don’t always have the extra money available for a tip. I used to tip before, but now it’s just irritating. So here’s a tip: stop asking for tips. Coffee Crossing: pay your employees better. You can clearly afford to do so with all your new locations opening.

I'm not sure who the guy was that made my drink yesterday but his attitude could use a reality check. When a customer tells you that their drink doesn't taste right, the polite thing to do is apologize and make a new one. Not snap at them and then go on a rant on how you never mess up a drink. If you are going to be in customer service make sure you have the right attitude for it.
The service and food was good and the baristas were very friendly.Low rating is due to their removal of all power outlets for their customers. For any person wanting to do a couple of hours of work while enjoying a different atmosphere and fresh coffee.There are other coffee shops that welcome the average two hour visit of their customers.Recommending to go somewhere else.
