I ordered something but I don't know what it was. It was hard but it may have been intended for dipping in coffee ☕️ I don't know. Macaroons were stale. Everything else was great. Bathroom was clean. Spacious. Beautiful view of the Sherman Minton. All over nice experience.

I am a long time regular at other Coffee Crossing locations, but when I'm in New Albany I pick up coffee from this location. Every single time, I order the same coffee, just how it comes on the menu, and every time I get handed something that is not what I ordered.
I order a Moose Signature Drink (exactly how it comes on the menu) every time and every time I receive something that is not a Moose. The following are examples of what I got instead: - a cinnamon latte - a vanilla latte - a latte with no chocolate - a latte with no caramel - a latte with neither chocolate nor caramel
Not one of their other locations has ever had an issue with my orders like this. The other places consistently do a good job making the drinks.
Please fix this. Thank you.

Apple juice and apple cider are not the same thing. Just say you are out of apple cider please don’t give Apple juice instead.
Thanks for the response but I saw the girl steam Motts Apple juice with my own 2 eyes. It wasn’t an issue with the drink. You gave me something I didn’t order.

Everyone knows I love coffee crossings. Been going here for years. Tonight’s service was awful. No acknowledgment at the speaker box. I started to think they were closed before someone responded. She kept speaking over me and ended up getting the order wrong. Get to the window and she hands me the drink and turned the kiosk around for a tip. I see that she overcharged for the same drink I’ve been getting for a year now. She knew she messed it up because she didn’t return to the window for a long time. Someone else actually came to the window with the same type of attitude. I asked for Carmel since I paid for it and it wasn’t on there, she walked away with my drink and returned 2 minutes later with 2 little lines of Carmel on top. Rude and uncalled for. If you do want to work as a barista then get out of the coffee shop. 9/21/24 7:30

I used to love this place. Right up until they started shoving the card reader in my face at the drive thru trying to make me guilt-tip them. I’ve got 3 screaming kids in the backseat and a newborn crying and I’m on the phone with the pediatrician. Can I just pay for my coffee and be on my way? I don’t always have the extra money available for a tip. I used to tip before, but now it’s just irritating. So here’s a tip: stop asking for tips. Coffee Crossing: pay your employees better. You can clearly afford to do so with all your new locations opening.

My husband purchases 2-hot School Crossings with 2 extra pumps of vanilla and whipped cream (& 2 muffins and tips) every other day. Today, I couldn’t taste any sweet flavour at all. It tasted like water down coffee. I don’t like coffee without flavour added. The taste is inconsistent and different every time. I prefer Coffee Crossings, 47150, but why should I keep throwing approximately $100/wk away for poor taste? Lastly, my husband adds more Vanilla, cream and whipped cream at home to help make it taste good enough to drink. I’ve drank School Crossing for the last 15 years. Maybe it’s not the fault of the baristas, but that of management/owners cutting corners to cut costs? If that is the reason for the taste inconsistencies, please advise for I will definitely go elsewhere.
