Everyone knows I love coffee crossings. Been going here for years. Tonight’s service was awful. No acknowledgment at the speaker box. I started to think they were closed before someone responded. She kept speaking over me and ended up getting the order wrong. Get to the window and she hands me the drink and turned the kiosk around for a tip. I see that she overcharged for the same drink I’ve been getting for a year now. She knew she messed it up because she didn’t return...
Best coffee in town! Consistent at all locations! It’s the only thing I miss when we go on vacation! They have raised the bar for coffee! Get a punch card, cause you’ll be back.
