Not sure what happened to this place. They used to be great. Now...not so much. Constantly out if basic items like ketchup, sauce and forks. Several times here recently after asking for condiments or napkins...a 2nd time, I get an eye roll and they force it in to your hand, like they're put out to give napkins (bc they didn't if you didn't ask). Not sure if this place is under new management, but it's going downhill, fast.

I travel in other parts of the state to visit family. A quick trip through a drive thru either keeps me on time or slows me down. The Kamer-miller road dairy queen in New Albany never disappoints. They are ALWAYS quick to take the order at the drive thru and have it completed quickly. I have been to other DQ's in the area and left before even getting a response at the drive thru to place an order.
The people at the window are polite, attentive and very pleasant. Paula is always delightful. If you haven't stopped by, you should!

Biscuits and gravy are my bad habit and they supply it. I'm horrible but I really do like it and they are usually upbeat.

Rung order up wrong and left off the egg from sandwiches. Biscuits hard, dry, and crumbly. Just threw old hard cheese on and it didn’t melt because the sandwich was cold. Gross. Service was huffy and rude when I tried to get it corrected.

It's ice cream. That's hard to screw up.The staff wasn't really rude. But not friendly either. They were just a bit on the air-head side. Yes, Mr., crunchy sprinkles = crunchy topping. That is all.

Pulled up. Ordered my blizzard. Peach cobbler something. Prepared to perfection. Paid cash with perfect reception and change return hand off. They complimented my doggy and said hello to him. I'll be coming back to this joint that's for sure

Went here with my daughter. I got the 4 PC chicken strip basket. The food was hot and delicious. The staff was exceptional. Asked for a little more butterfinger in my blizzard and they gave it to me! Excellent experience today.
