Tried eating here twice in the past month. About two weeks ago, we were told "we're out of ice cream" and tonight we were told no blizzards (just the blizzards though) because all the surfaces were covered in chemicals because it was half an hour before closing... decided Taco Bell was safer, and went there instead.

Didn’t have what we ordered and failed to tell us until we got up to the window. We had no menu to look at and the workers acted clueless when we asked for a solution. We asked for a refund and couldn’t give us that because “things were going missing.” The ice cream we got was dripping everywhere and they gave us no napkins. The girl acted like she hated her job, very poor customer service. While we were in line, a male worker stood outside and picked a cigarette off the wall, took a hit, put it back on the wall, then went right back in and starting making food without washing his hands. Go somewhere else.

Great, hot food here. Very polite but minor delayed service as far as ordering or waiting. It's sometimes hard to find a clean table but I just kinda...clean it off and move on. Not bad at all. Over all the point of the place is food, and they fed us 😂

Went in at 9:56. I know, terrible, and I felt bad. However, after the cashier told me "one moment," I waited, then 4 minutes passed, and I said, "Excuse me," to no response. They close at 10

Lately I've been disappointed with dairy Queen because their chicken strips have been very small and tastes like something you'd get out of the freezer section at the grocery store bring back the old chicken strips!!!

Absolutely nobody in the store being served, but somehow still took me 20 minutes to get a burger and chicken basket. I decided to go in and four of them are just standing around twiddling their thumbs. The only person you know that was doing anything was the manager.

This is the worst Dairy Queen I've ever visited. After waiting in the drive-thru for 5 minutes, and not being addressed, I came inside to another man demanding his money back, after waiting 15 minutes for two cheeseburger meals. I've been here for nearly 20 minutes for two chicken strip meals. They're also seems to be other issues that I won't even address on here. Won't be back here.
Lady working on Friday February 7th around 2-3pm was horrible. She had an attitude and didn’t know what she was doing. She read our order off to us perfectly didnt ring it up right on the receipt and got mad at us for correcting it and trying to get what we originally asked for and what she originally read off. Our drink was suppose to have no ice she gave ice our chicken box was suppose to have ranch and she gave us 2 gravy’s. At the speaker she said “no ice okay got it” and the same with the ranch. Horrible in instructions and listening.
