Worst Dairy Queen in the area all the young people in there have an attitude and act like they hate their job. They are rude to the customers and they’re constantly messing up orders because they’re too lazy to make stuff the right way, especially the younger female that takes orders at the drive-through, she’s lucky she didn’t get ice cream and food thrown back in her face

We came for sweets 20 minutes before closing time. They were inside but they never came to take our order. Eventually 5 minutes before closing time they answered that they won't take order at this time. We are so angry.

Don’t waste your money on this place. You can get far better for less just about anywhere else along State Street. Only vehicle in the drive thru at lunch time and it still took 20 minutes after they had us pull up to get our food. Fries were barely filled and cold. Hot dog tasted like it had been sitting there since they opened. Tea was gross. Should’ve known better when it took the worker over 5 minutes to get our order right at the speaker and had an attitude about almost everything. Not sure how or why we had to wait that long for food that wasn’t even remotely fresh. Spent close to $50 for a chicken strip basket, a kids meal, 2 sandwiches, and a drink. Unless you’re stopping in for breakfast, I wouldn’t waste my time here.

The food was pretty good. They had forgotten our cheese curds when they brought us our chicken strip baskets. The toast was a bit more like lightly toasted with barely any butter. The chicken was good. The cheese curds were good & fresh when we got them. They did apologize for the mishap. I was a little surprised that 2x 4pc chicken strip baskets with regular-size Moo Lattes instead of soda & a regular order of cheese curds cost what it costs for 2 people. I guess this may be the new normal nowadays.

I stopped here with my daughter tonight, 6/13/25 at 9:30 pm. We tried to place an order through the drive through but the woman working was very rude so we decided to leave and took our business to Zesto’s where the service is always amazing. We won’t go back to this DQ.

Took me 45 minutes to get a single Chicken tender sandwich. I waited in the lobby for over 30 minutes then got asked what I was here for. As I told them they got flustered pinning the blame on one another. All started when the younger employee gave me a bag of cheesecurds rather than my sandwich. They were swamped and one stated “I’m done with this (expletive)”. I just wish to inform you all of your staffing issues and teamwork troubles.

I'm disappointed with the lack of blizzard they handed me. I ordered a large Oreo blizzard and received a large cup that was an inch and a half from being full. The drive through employee even squeezed the cup to make it appear fuller. I payed $7.48 for a ¾ full large blizzard. They used to be past the top of the cup. So they raised their prices and cut back the amount they put in the cup. Might have to start just getting my frozen treats from Culver's. They have similar frozen treats as the blizzard and theirs are over full and cost less. Totally unsatisfied.
