Ordered 2 for 5 (tenders) asked to pull up and wait and wait and wait and wait. Wait still waiting. Hold on…. Nope still waiting.

Half the employees are solid and the other half don’t know what is supposed to be in each combo meal and hate the job.

Floor is always sticky never any condiments and the wait in the drive through can be super long but it’s the only decent burger in New Albany the fries have been really soggy for the last year or so though

I waited 20 min after I was pulled up past the drive thru for a 4 PC chicken strip basket and they still got my order wrong..worst service I had in a very long time. I won't be going back.

Very slow. Went drive thru. Ordered food and blizzards for home. Got blizzards right away. But 20 minutes to get our food. Had to put blizzards in freezer. Very dissatisfied.

A Dairy Queen sausage biscuit has always been a go to of mine. I live in Louisville and every time I go to a Louisville location, my biscuit is over cooked and hard.
So I decided to try this location.
My biscuit was cooked just right, soft and perfect. Friendly and quick service as well :)

Nasty. They dropped my bag of food on the floor and handed me the bag....claiming only the gravy fell out.... regardless... disgusting. The coke machine was flat as well. I will not eat at this location again.

Worst customer service experience I've ever had I was very taken back with how argumentative the person taking my order was. This food is too expensive

Correct me if I'm wrong, because it's been over 20 years since I've had one, but aren't the Blizzards supposed to be solid insomuch that the employee flips them upside down to demonstrate this?
We stopped in this afternoon and ordered a large mint oreo and a small new York cheesecake blizzard each. When we first entered there was a guest standing at the counter waiting on his order. People we assumed were employees, as none had on any uniform of any kind, rushed about in a nearly empty store, ignoring us completely. The other guest informed the employee that his order was 'for here' which seemed to irritate them as they now had to go get a tray, which was dirty and offer it to him without so much as wiping the previous guests food particulates off.
Finally the employee took our order, then wandered off to the section with the Blizzard making equipment. We watch for approximately 10 minutes as they place the store doing other things. I notice that they finally went to make our order after I made a comment to my partner about if they were ever going to make them.
When they were placed on the wall haphazardly I noticed that there seemed to be something melted on the outside of the container. When we got the so called Blizzards they were the guests of ice cream that's sat out in the sunlight on a hot summer day, very mushy consistency and not even remotely frozen to the consistency of an actual blizzard.
The service was appalling, the store was filthy, and the order was just all kinds of wrong. I'm not sure as to how this store stays in business.

This location has the worst wait times. It took about 20 minutes just for 2 blizzards, there was only one person in front of me and there was no apology at all by the time they finally brought me my order 🙄

This is the slowest fast food restaurant I’ve ever been to my life. I spent over a half hour in the drive-through at the busiest time for this restaurant to be open 10 o’clock in the morning unfortunately there is Not too many options in this town go New Albany, Indiana
