“Winnie was the owner's mother; owner Paula Cook (what an ironic last name!) herself is usually on duty to take & fill orders; she even has a cot to sleep in the back during busy times; because it is a small operation, there are sometimes gaps in when the store is staffed, so open hours DO occasionally vary from what is posted on the front, but there is generally someone around during the main part of the day Mon - Sat; go by & have lunch & see for yourself; my husband & I can recommend the Italian sandwich, chicken salad on croissant, potato salad, & cream cheese tea cake cookies; there are always different sweet treats in the case to try; she serves hot meals, Boar's Head deli meats, takes orders for all kinds of baked goods, & has a meeting/party room in back that accommodates about 20; she would love to host your group for lunch“

“thank you Morris deli for not only the amazing food but also the best staff of all time we are all welcomed by everyone today i went in for the first time and a young lady was super nice took my order and made my sandwich I don't remember her name but she had a cast boot on her foot she was super Friendly and suggested many items to try she also up sells got me for three of the best brownies made. And a pound of pimento cheese which is the best I've ever tasted it's a one stop shop besides tobacco products but who needs that? amazing food and great staff thanks for the best food I've tasted from an ol' time man as myself that wishes we had more old fashion Country-style stores Morris deli and the wonderful young lady who helped me with my first experience today I'll definitely be there more often thank you all for the delicious food“
