This place, I pay $70 for 3 of us to get fish dinners. Then when we try to wash our hands before we eat I'm told the bathroom is broke. Then I tip them $8 for simply standing at the counter and taking my order! So now that I'm $78 in i figure they might give me a cup of water so I can rinse my hands off, we'll I figured wrong. I was told I could PURCHASE a bottle of water!! And while the food is good, the restaurant itself isn't anywhere near clean. There are fruit flies all around the drink dispenser, the floor is sticky so you hear that squelch sound with every step. Had to wipe my own table off, with dry napkins of course. Pushed the door open with my shoulder cause I didn't wanna touch the handle with my hands! I will NEVER patronize them again. They showed ZERO customer appreciation, was less than concerned with the fact there was no way to wash hands before we ate, or to even use the restroom if we needed. I've had far superior service at Mc Donald's. And they don't expect a tip for simply standing at the counter and taking your order.

Went in there with mama and girlfriend, cost $70 for us to get fish dinners. Then they want you to tip them, I'm not opposed to tipping, but if all you do is stand at the counter and take my order then I don't feel like I should have to give you an $8 tip. But I tipped them, and then my girlfriend wanted to wash her hands before we ate, we'll the bathroom was closed, out of order. So I ask if we could have a cup of water, and was told no bit you can BUY a bottle of water! I just spent $70 and gave an $8 tip and these people won't even give us water to wash our hands. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE. I bought a bottle water so we could at least rinse our hands, but what restaurant refuses to provide patrons the access to wash their hands before they eat, unless they pay for the water. Shows me that there is ZERO customer service, ZERO consideration for the customers, all they care about is MONEY.

They took the order. Had it ready in minutes even with the changes we made. The biggest piece of fish I’ve ever seen. Extremely fresh. The truck was in Salem Indiana on Friday

Good portions, never stingy or thin fish. Miss Gloria always smiles and takes great care of everyone. I really miss The Dock in Jeffersonville. Much better value than Moby Dick.
Ate off the food truck and the food was terrible the french fries were the best thing about it the fish was overcooked and dry not very happy at all I believe the food truck was from Clarksville but still the food was terrible made a special trip just to try it the truck was in Greenville Indiana
