Excruciatingly slow delivery the last several times I ordered. This dries out the food and makes it not worth the price.
On my order today, I selected gluten-free crust and the online ordering portal switched it to hand-tossed with me noticing it. When I noticed the hand-tossed crusts I tried to flag down the delivery driver and he ignored me.

Delivery driver brought wrong order. called the store. Received no apology. A crappy response to their mistake. I promise you, misfits, I will be contacting the store manager tomorrow to thank them for the awesome service during these trying times....NOT! We USED to order 1-2 times a week. Yall f*cked that up!
